O CBum já era um atleta muito amado pelo público brasileiro, mas depois de toda esse respeito e cordialidade com que ele trata o nosso Ramon só demonstra mais ainda o quão incrível ele é como pessoa e atleta.
I love this. Dino is such a sweetheart and so shy. It's nice to see him slowly coming out of his shell, it must be hard not knowing much English. It's humbling to see how much they both respect each other. Even all of the fans are coming together in the comment sections 🔥

I dont know how that sounds for non portuguese speakers, but in brazil its a common and polite thing to say, if it sound like ramon was saying something like "anytime man" it was most in a sense of "it is always a honor"

Not being a TROLL or anything... But Dino is not one of the most successful Classic Physique's. Popular... Yes, but not successful. Successful would be Terrence Ruffin, Sadik, Breon, Derik Fanrsowrth, Darrem Charles, Arash Rahabar.

Ramon gave Chris a protective amulet, the same as he himself uses. Also, after he came 2nd at Mr. Olympia 2023, he said he doesn't want Chris to retire, because he wants to win the title fair and square. The mix of rivalry, respect and friendship between these two is so beautiful to see. Them pushing each other to be better is what is making Classic Physique so interesting and refreshing right now. As a Brazilian, I'm sad about Ramon not winning, but I have mad respect for Chris. He deserves everything he got, that's for sure.

Not that I know of, but Dino comes from the north and I live in the south (very, very far away). Maybe it's something popular there, but I highly doubt it. It's the Shield of Zeus and Zeus isn't really part of brazilian popular/traditional culture. But it may have some deeper meaning for Dino, particularly, since he also wears one.
As a Brazilian is amazing for me seeing this improbable friendship between a Canadian and a acreano. It's nice to see those guys, two legends, being friends besides only competitors to each other

Dino has such a humble soul the way he embraces Chris and offers him a gift to protect him on his bodybuilding journey and life just speaks volumes about the man. You both are legends.

Ramon loves bodybuilding. He once said he wishes that competitions wouldn't have rankings, so that everybody could be called winners. For him, training with Cbum is an accomplishment of a lifetime (almost as winning at arnold's). He grew so poor in Brazil and now he's conquering all his dreams. He's a role model for all brazilians, you guys should pay more attention to him. Won't regret.

As a Brazillian, I can tell, Ramon is one of the humblest athletes that I've ever saw, So as Chris. Both are extremely nice human beings. Seeing these two guys on the top tier of bodybuilding and also being extremely friendly to one another is such a delight. Such a healthy rivalry. Ps: I'm just in pure agony seeing that Ramon cant communicate in english with them.

i really really like the current bodybuilding era. The feeling of comradery is really coming trough. Love the way chris spreads it and chills (works out) with different bodybuilders sometimes.

What always amazes me is that Chris wears hoodies in the gym at all. He’s not just the Olympia champion, he’s the four time classic physique Olympia champion. He literally has the most aesthetically pleasing physique ever on earth. He should be so proud, I hope he is

Cbum is such a humble dude. Idk anybody else in all of sports that offers to train and give pointers to their direct competition the way Chris does.

Awesome video! Love seeing the camaraderie! Ramon is obviously no slouch but seeing the difference in how they both handled the heavier weight and how much more strict and smooth Chris's movements were shows why he's the champ!

That's not true. Ramon's forearms are huge and it pumps at the time of back workout so it's hard to handle heavier weight for him . Both are legends
