Mental health is the greatest underestimated issue in America today. I’m glad you’re opening the door to discussions, in everyone’s lives about it. The ones who need the support the most, are usually not the ones that are easy to see. And all it takes is as little as silent support, and a little time spent together. My wife and I are always working to support each other, and those around us, but it isn’t easy. For those who need this, 30 second hugs are the most powerful tools. Keep up the Luv!!

Hi CBG, this is the first time I comment on your channel, been listening to your podcasts for a while. Fellow crypto investor here, been in the game since way back in 2013, we actually had a brief conversation years ago on Tradingview, back then I was still called Flavius Todorius, maybe you remember. I appreciate your openness about the topic of mental health and sharing your struggles. Believe it or not, I went through hard times myself, had mental health struggles as well, and still have from time to time, so I do appreciate it even more, to hear such stories from other people. I am glad you managed to overcome the hardships that life was throwing at you. Keep up the good work, and all the Best, Sebastian.

I love your podcasts man!👊Great topic. Insta is a highlight reel for sure. Nobody's life is perfect💯 Love to hear you talk about your personal experiences with adversity and the positivity that you approach any situation with. Thanks for talking about your managerial experiences on the giving and receiving end. I have had VERY good and VERY bad managers too haha. Lucky to have such a great manager rn. Happy you're figuring out the health and work stuff. Takes guts to be open about this. Keep it up!! You don't always need to explain yourself.
