Hi I had the same surgery last year after 8 months of horrible pain and still after the surgery my back feels very sore and painful, do you still get back pain I’ve also got degenerating discs at other levels Can you do day to day activities like bending down and sitting on the floor

Did you get it from a slipped disc???

Hey. .. yes I got slip disk l4 and l5.. and yes i had bowel n bladder issues. For 6 month after surgery.. but now it's better. The recovery is comming well even after 2 years. Glad my vids were helpful to u. God Bless.

@@samraiborde8878 ... what's about your discs at other levels? Are they in good condition? Or they also have some sort of degeneration. Can I also know that how you got slipped disc? I mean due to some accidental fall or due to extensive sitting?

Well other disks are fine.. it was just the l4 n l5 that had an issue. It started with back pain shooting to my legs. Went to doc he brushed it of as normal back pain. Gave me pain killers.. n after a month suddenly I had shooting pain in back n collapsed not able to walk..

Tears in my eyes. Watched couple of your videos.. can I know how you got CES? and is your bowel in control?

Iska koi ilaj nahi hai.. bus apaka jo symptoms hai. Usko ap treat karo... Aur positive attitude se is condition ko handle ki jeye..
