Spondylolysis with grade 1 spondylolisthesis at L5-S1 with disc prolapsed at L5-S1. No leg pain only pain in sitting and walking for 15 minutes. Is it possible to be cured without surgery. Please respond 🙏 Pain started by lifting a heavy iron sheet in railway workshop on 28 th December, didn't go to duty since 28th January.

Meri mom ki ek saal pehle surgery hui thi bcz unka urinary bladder num hogya tha so abi 1 saal baad unk back me thoda pain hai or kabhi kabhi uneven hip hojate hai us time mom ka daibetes bhi high tha toh doc ne voh control.karne or 3 din ki davai di thi or bola agar 3 din me thik nahi hua toh wapas mri nikalne bola hai but us time mom thik hogai thi abi 2 mahine baad wapas hips uneven ho rahe hai par davai lene se thik hojati hai but thoda back pain ..toh kya kuch serious problem ho sakti hai? Wapas surgery ki zarurat padegi kya?
