Sir, 2 weeks ago I have undergone endoscopic discectomy L4-5 [Right interlaminar] and Specimen consists of Disc material structures measuring 9cm. Sir, my concern about I feel like a huge part of the disc got removed. Therefore, can I lead my normal life and due to the interlaminar discectomy my spine can be stable in future?
