Anna Rowlands, Ph.D., political theologian and holder of the St. Hilda Chair in Catholic Social Thought and Practice, presents “Catholic Social Teaching as an Element in Episcopal Discernment” at the “Place of Episcopal Discernment in the Synodal Journey” Conference for Bishops of the USCCB.
