Yep, and he did :)
As a kid growing up in Wales, I would spend hours catching Perch/Redfin on worms. Its pretty much the freshwater species I cut my teeth on learning to fish. As an adult in Australia, I still love catching them. But its much more fun on soft plastics and spinners.

Didn't get to say it but so good to have you back! We are waiting for a tour of the farm and videos about the fauna there, maybe you find cool cute critters to show us! I will probably spam you with a pm on Facebook. Cheers!

Thanks! I am planning a local critter tour as there are quite a few different ones down here on the farm and the surrounding forrest. There's heaps of new birds too. I look forward to the spam😄
that redfin is sooooo tasty when you smoke them with juniper (dont know what its called in english cook fish in smoke). Here they do bite quite good on spinners, but when your in a tight spot like you were there it might be hard to get them out since they are pretty light weight compared to wobblers. Hope you all are doing well, great video as always. Cheers 🎣
