That sure would have been sneaky haha 😁 Not a bad play either! It gets our connect through the middle so we get road, and leaves enough road outcroppings for all the other Important settlements 👍

For game 1, what about 643 up and 6511 down? If they take 5810 then the play without ore the whole game so I don't think they would take that. I could see them taking 8310 left or 5910. If they take 592 down, you are in an even near even race to the 9411.

Thanks for the suggestion! 😁 I like the production and strong road materials, but I'm afraid of getting pushed off the 9 ore. If he takes 9 5 2 and the 11 doesn't roll we share the same brick and wood numbers making it mostly a coin flip to get on the 9, made worse by needing a 3 sheep to get our settle down. If the dice go our way, or even if we 4:1 the wheat to get the settle first it's a huge setup that probably wins. This is a really tricky board and I'm not sure what the answer is haha!

City does absolutely nothing and you desperately need two more VPs. Also still at least one mono in the deck. In this situation you always go for a dev over the city.
