Carpal Tunnel Relief Stretches for Both Hands: 5 Minute Follow Along Movement Series Week 5
Open up your carpal tunnel on both hands with week 5 of my 5 Minute Follow Along Movement Series! In this video, we'll work on carpal tunnel stretches and median nerve glides to decrease numbness and tingling associated with carpal tunnel syndrome.

Completely unrelated well sorta Can you retrain the curl of a finger? One of my pinky fingers keeps stabbing the finger next to it when I lift weights. Really annoying, completely fine over wise looks normal with extended fingers.
