We sold our house in the east bay area in CA. With the equity alone we bought a house on 40 acres of grazing land, free and clear of debt, in southern Missouri to raise cattle and sheep. We eat what we raise and sell the surplus. It took some planning and major changes but we love the life we now live. Much less stressful and the food we produce is pure medicine.

I am a year and a half into carnivore. I was diagnosed with stage 3A colon cancer and lynch syndrome in 2018. I have a colonoscopy done every year. For the first four years of getting colonoscopies I had pre cancerous polyps and diverticulosis. After starting carnivore in January of 2023, I had my 5th year colonoscopy and showed no precancerous polyps or diverticulosis. I get bloodwork every 3 months and my bloodwork is perfect, my blood pressure has always been 135/85 and since I’ve been on carnivore it is 127/84. I got bloodwork done this morning and I have a stress test from my cardiologist on the 15th of next month. When I told the cardiologist I only eat meat and how long I’ve been doing it, he said, and I quote “there’s not any research on that” I told him yes there is, you have to want to read it. I also told him my bloodwork proves it. He said, your blood work is perfect but I could put you on a statin because your cholesterol is a little high. I laughed and told him no thank you!! Dr. Berry you’re awesome!! Thank you for all the information you put out!!!

Using the information from them I went from a 401lb arthritic, addicted, immobile psoriatic to 185lbs, clean, walking up to 10km a day and with my psoriasis reduced by 80%. That is why the dark forces want to eliminate any animals, as they know it is the best food we can have to thrive, an the earth can thrive with animals too. So they poison animals with injections, they produce meat which is full of added poisons so they can prove the agenda that meat is cancerious.

1.25 years carnivore here. Lost 100lbs I’m 42 years old and training to compete in my first bodybuilding competition Prior to carnivore I had Acute kidney disease EFGR in the 30s my dr wanted me to have a kidney biopsy I had high blood pressure Severe gout He also said I needed to be on statins. I left office pretty down. I found this channel by accident in my car in the parking lot of office. I literally drove to grocery store bought eggs steak butter and salt and haven’t looked back. Best decision of my life. My EFGR is close to 90 and my blood pressure is good My dr didn’t even know who I was. I told him I’m on carnivore and I weight train every day and walk 3-5 miles every evening before bed. His response was eating meat will in the long run destroy my kidneys and that I should stop immediately….. Needless to say he’s not my dr anymore.

I lost my unfinished comment somewhere lol, but I want to thank Dr Ken Berry for saving my life. I'll keep it short. I have lifelong epilepsy, from I was 5 years old till now (I'm 44) and I've been hypothyroid since September 2009 when I had the operation because the doctor told me if I didn't have it, I'd die - later on, a nurse told me the dr tells everybody that so they'll have the operation 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ so I had that 🤦🏾‍♀️ since then I've been fighting rising weight and sick health and these seizures - tonic-clonic by their nature. I tried everything. Never went vegan but plant-based for a while then incorporated that into my bodybuilder's diet with training. I lost weight but became the sickest I've ever felt having seizures all over the place, panic attacks, negative thoughts, anxiety through the roof to the point I was scared to leave the house, night terrors, rubbish sleep, was always tired with low energy... I felt like I was dying - though wearing a smile. Then I started crying and couldn't stop. I was like "Why can't I stop crying??" Things were terrible. I even thought I was a lesbian and acted on it. My mind was wrecked and I didn't know why. So I went to the dr. Explained everything whilst in tears, I begged her to help me figure out what was going on, and she said to me "You tick all the boxes for antidepressants" and then proceeded to tell me I could take them for a week or two, or permanently, and I'd feel so much better...." that was my last brain cells lightbulb moment. I said to myself "they're not gonna help me.. they want me on more drugs.." it was that moment on the drive home I told my husband id have to find a way to fix this because I couldn't live like this. As soon as I got home I started researching how to stop seizures naturally - I used the epilepsy as a starting point. And somehow a video with Dr Ken Berry came up about a carnivore diet. It was only a few minutes long so I thought "What do I have to lose by watching?" So I watched. I went Carnivore the very next day. All in, cold turkey. Day 2, when I woke up everything was different - something I didn't know I even had was lifted - brain fog! Had I been suffering from brain fog so long that I thought it was normal? I didn't even know it had a name. It felt like thick dusty old curtains had been lifted and the light was finally coming in! I broke down. I never expected that. So I knew I had to carry on. I told myself I'd do 30 days just to see. Within the first 30 days, the brain fog was gone, anxiety was gone. Panic attacks stopped. I stopped craving sugar, I'd lost 28 lbs, and I felt actual happiness! It felt real!! I was optimistic and felt full of life for the first time that I could remember - and my brain was waking up! It's been over 4 years now and I'll never go back to the way I was before. No way. I've learned so much and I've found God too! I thank God for the proper human diet. Because I see we are being led away from proper human nourishment and this is another way to make us stray from God. I won't go on.. my story is too long lol God bless you both Dr Ken Berry and Dr Shawn Baker. You are out here saving lives for real. Thank you so much ❤️ ❤️❤️

One of the reasons I moved from USA was to get access to inexpensive, pure, non-processed food! ALL farm animals here in Ecuador are pasture-raised their whole lives. Pigs and chickens live in the pastures with the cattle, sheep, geese., and goats. I pay about $3.00 a lb. for grass fed, fully pastured ground beef. Filets run about $5 a lb. A 6 or 7 lb. chicken runs about $6 for the whole chicken. It's a great place to live a carnivore diet lifestyle! Lots of other places in the world where you can get good clean food far less expensively than the USA!

I ate a 'healthy' low fat, high fibre, whole grain, high carb (not processed) fruit and veg diet for most of my life. In my mid 40s, things started to go very wrong. Went plant based for 2 years, ('cos it's the healthiest, right?) and everything went horribly wrong. It was when my dentist told me I was on the verge of losing all my teeth, that I fell down the low carb rabbit hole. 5 years on, here I am. 95% carnivore and I've cured IBS, gum/periodontal disease, arthritis, acne, hair loss, breast cancer, avoided a hip replacement, no more brain fog and SO much more! So I've eaten the food pyramid, plant based and carnivore, and in my n=1, carnivore is the proper human diet.

I'm almost 60 and after yet another severe case of gout I hit bottom. I'm morbidly obese, alcoholic and overly unhealthy. Due to the gout pain and out of fear of drinking/eating anything that would lengthen the flare up I kind of subconsciously went low carb and alcohol free for a week. It was hell, alcohol withdraw, keto flu and gout pain at the same time. Researching gout led me to the root cause of flare ups was inflammation already present in my joints. Inflammation I found out was from high insulin/high carb diet. Enough was enough, so after a week I realized that I was getting sober and starting low carb, this led me down the rabbit hole to you and many others in the carnivore community. I did strict keto for about a week and now at day 23 of sobriety and 5 days of carnivore I'm convinced. No more joint pain, 20+ pounds weight loss, just got results of a start baseline blood work and though total cholesterol was 20 points high my HDL and triglycerides are middle of good range, fasting glucose is 120 and A1C is 6.5. Blood pressure has always been 160/85 now 140/80. Thanks for putting this information out to the masses.

Also - I started out, doing a ton of greens, and following the guidelines in my home nation of Denmark... But the more green sh!t i ate, the worse i felt... So i eventually ended up as a Lion... But you're absolutely right... Even though i truly wish everyone could feel this good, mentally and physically - It's not my place to push this down their throat... I can only lead by example, and hope people take notice, and eventually end up trying it...

Ugh I can attest at least in nursing school the opposite is taught and even broaching a question, even with valid studies to support just QUESTIONING you get shot down and shut up. It seems to make teachers and many students very uncomfortable. No one wants to believe they live in a world where they're being lied to so extensively, I guess. I mean years and years and thousands of dollars worth of education, and everyone following the script... And I guess if you unravel such a chunk of it I imagine you're going to have to wonder what else? What else has been misrepresented in the name of profit? I guess a lot of people are afraid to go there.

My OBGYN said he had no idea why this pregnancy was so different and wouldn’t consider that it was my diet, but my pcp who put me on the diet did. I started with Keto 2 years ago and saw and felt results, but i was always hungry...looking forward to the end of the 18 hr so i could eat. The same with fasting...never comfortable. On the carnivor diet, none of the negative feelings, but just awesome results. I am not pure carnivor...i eat maybe 2 oz of raw cabbage with my beef. I also eat chicken, pork. So i realize this isnt pure, but it sure the hell is working for me. Dropping weight, more energy, my arthritis pain is getting less. I have already dropped one of my pain doses. I am only taking 2 doses of 3 a day now. This alone will save me 365 doses a year!!❤ For me, this is putting me on the path, pointing me in the right direction!! I realize this is a marathon not a sprint. So i will keep on, keeping on!!❤❤

I started eating a ketogenic lifestyle in September 2019, and I'm mainly carnivore "Ketovore" now. This way of eating is the only thing that has helped my weight loss of 60 lbs, severe pain, inflammation, and other metobolic health conditions. Also, I started implementing lifting heavy weights, strength training & balance exercises 4 times a week last April. It has been a new life for me! Such a relief to hear I'm not a failure if I'm not 100% carnivore. And I can still be part of the community and the movement. It's sometimes hard not to be influenced by the purists out there. 77 yr old healthy female who has always eaten real food but fell for the vegan/vegetarian propaganda at one time. Now mostly meat, eggs, dairy from local farmers. Your helpful and clear information will keep me on track to rejuvenation and regeneration as I age. I have resubscribed to your channel. Blessings on your journey.

Went carnivore almost 3 years ago and got flashing is minimized, but still there at night especially. What do you eat everyday ? What is your fasting schedule? I just started the carnivore and am only a couple of days in so I can't give a result yet. I started to look into this with Dr. Baker and decided to give it a try. It took me quite a long time to want to dive in since I really love food of all kinds. Dr. Baker's channel is helping so many I am sure! Thanks for having him on your channel! He is terrific and truly WALKS THE WALK! He also hails from my state; WA. It's great to see actual physicians collaborating to bring the truth of health to us all. SO glad your working together. Dr. Baker needs allies and friends as he is always fighting the vegan mindset as well as other 'nutritionists' and Dr.'s who just badmouth him and the carnivore diet. Everyone really has to stand together. B. Gates wants us to eat bugs and the govt. pyramid is just garbage, but they won't give it up. Now they are saying that the price of beef will be astronomical. I'm not even sure how to address costs when what is suggested instead is veg and carbs. The pharmaceutical industry only benefits from this so they have their own collab going on. You two and the carnivore community are the best alternative people have to fight disease and the pharmaceutical drugs that are readily prescribed. I wanted to add that it is nice that these Dr.'s are fully aware that people do have food addictions and sugary, and sometimes hidden, sugars in products drive that appetite for more.

My dad knows my kid and I are ketovore (my kid due to a neurologist's advice), and my dad is concerned. He's been begging me to at least cut out all fat. Said I should eat lean steaks and no bacon for my kid, either. It is very frustrating. I told him an Eskimo's traditional diet was all meat and they were healthy eatong that way. And what was his response? "Cows and pigs are not seals and polar bears, so you can't get away with eating that way." Really frustrating, dealing with family like this. When I ate nothing but cookies, chocolate and cake he never worried, even knowing I was in poor health while doing it.

My long term prolapsed spinal discs and Achilles tendonitis have slowly healed over the months and however much I push into my calf muscles I can't feel any pain - I recognise healing may still be occuring. My frequent three day migraines have gone,. No more heartburn. I can't feel any pain - I recognise healing may still be occuring. No more heartburn and I no longer burn in the sun. Losing 4 stone in just 18 months is crazy! My bloodwork was good - no kidney, liver or thyroid problems. I was told my Vitamin D levels were a bit high which is frankly unheard of where I am in Scotland 😂 Just one recent side effect I've noticed - I enjoy colouring my hair because it's fun but I have got used to the silver roots that appeared on my scalp. BUT my new hair growth has returned to my original hair colour! Okay, it's still the same boring mousey brown it always was but how can this be? I'm 65 btw and delighted to be outside with my horses once more and able to do heavy DIY and gardening. This diet is life changing. I feel better now than I did in my 30's .

I've been low carb for 2.5 years now and after the 1st 18 months I noticed that my hair wasn't as grey as it was. I cut my own hair and wasn't even looking for it because I didn't know it was possible and when sweeping it up I noticed it wasn't as light coloured. I've since heard about 4 people say the same thing and one lady said her husband's chest hair was not longer grey. I also think that my receding hairline may be growing back and I don't think my thinning patch at the top of my head is a thin as it was. I'm a 66 year old female. Also my chin hairs are now very fine.

  • @gwynhyfer

@@jobrown8146 Isn't it bizarre? At first my hair appeared to be thinning and it's always been a been greasy and boring - you know, nicely blown dry then flat after just an hour. I recently started getting hubby to cut it into a simple bob and clip in wigs of various lengths if I'm going out - ignore my profile pic . My hair is only fairy green or some other colour when I'm dressed up. But it is now growing back much thicker and a different texture. Actually that's another benefit of carnivore - losing weight has given me the confidence to enjoy wearing makeup and dressing to impress instead of having to look for something comfortable and safe to appear in public. Being in pain or fatigued makes it hard to even think about ones appearance or have the energy to do more than live in cosy pyjamas ...

Kicking almost all carbs and weeds from my diet has fixed most everything including pretty awful 35 years worth of Crohn's symptoms and slimmed me down to a net and pretty stable 60 pounds loss. The weight fell away over six months and I went from XL to M & lost 6 inches at the waist. I wore fat guy clothes that didn't fit for six long months. Finally broke down and bought new stuff and that was a really good day. I don't hold my breath to put on socks anymore, wheeze when I lay on my back (scary, that one...) feel great and want that for everybody. I was never fat growing up or as an adult, then suddenly I was. No more. At 1:05:56 about where the medical system is going... Well it's happening now. Two days ago, at the optometrist here in southern Arizona - in the exam room, the eye doctor came up on a screen while acting like she was actually there. She asked questions and had a tech move things around on the eyeball exam contraption and after a few minutes she puked out a prescription. She was somewhere else the whole time. Then she said to come back in two weeks to do the dilation thing, again with a tech. Nope. I'm out on that BS.

One thing is the VA is the last to change anything. I’ve worked at one and my husband is a vet.

My Dr was supportive when I told her I was Keto and interested in Carnivore. I was only on it for a few months when I had my visit and my weight was down, numbers were improved and so on. She knows that I’m working to become a commercial pilot and random medication scares the crap out of me because of the impact even temporary use could have on my future. She is a private pilot and retired Army Doc so she could be an outlier. In 20+ years as a tanker I’ve been banged around, had IEDs rock my world and all the normal issues…

When i got sick the entire house switched diet with me because I do all of the cooking. I am carnivore but everyone else is mostly ketovore with emphasis on lot oxalate veg. My kids are adults but 2 of them still live at home and i do the majority of the cooking so it was simpler all around. Although they are entirely free to eat as they wish, they were informed of the bad idea it would be to consume refined carbs while on a high fat diet, and so neither of them has opted to buy their own bread or make themselves their own meals such as pasta or rice. Within a week my daughter remarked that her joint pain from being on her feet at work has all but disapppeared, and the gurd and sulfur stomach indigestions she has been suffering all her life seem to have taken a vacation. As for my son who is autistic, I have noticed he is so much calmer and and less volatile. I dont know whether he has noticed but he hasnt been seeking to feed himself as per our previous diet so it must be agreeing with him. Both of them still have sugar in their tea and coffee and will occasionally buy and consume ice cream, sometime potato chips, but that is the extent of their dietary deviation. I wish I could say I am healibg as well as they are but it's a work in progress. Which is frustrating, as I am off food for an extended period for the 5th time in 3 months. I swear my gut is trying to kill me.

I’m sorry that you are going through some painful things but happy that your household is on board and supportive of the changes. And yes, it can be quite frustrating when your kids seem to have changes quicker than you are but considering that you probably have 2 decades more of eating and living than they do… means more damage to repair. With that said… it’s fantastic that you are on the right path now and hopefully very soon you will start to feel better, like you are repairing from the inside out 👍🏼

Stick with it. The damage didn't happen overnight, and so it will take some people longer to heal than others. Try not to compare with people who seem to have cured AIDS on this diet after a few weeks. 😂 Good for them! But I'm clearly in the 'slow and steady wins the race' laneway. A few things have definitely already cleared up after approx 6 months on carnivore, but I still have a lot of healing to do. You are definitely not the only one who needs more time and consistency, there are heaps of us out there. You are not alone! Don't let it get you down.

Naples, FL Just started May 7, 2024. One week in and i feel better than I expected this quickly. I’m already sleeping better and getting more chores done. I still have pain/inflammation … but it’s dampened enough that it’s not stopping me. Convinced!! My husband and one adult son are joining me on this in 2weeks. In the meantime, I’m educating myself and preparing my fridge/freezer and pantry in order to make our transitions easier. Hoping🙏 their results convince them to go the long haul with me. First goal: 30days, 2nd: 60, 3rd: 90…. And so on! I’ve got up to 250days marked in my calendar 🤜🥩🤛
