This was Canelo's 1st fight at 160. Canelo will only get better at 160 once he gets more experienced here. GGG is the bigger guy who is used to fighting at 160. Yet, he couldn't Ko and hurt a guy who fought his debut fight at 160. Even if you think Canelo won, I can't believe some people think that GGG will actually do better in a rematch.

Idiots crying about this fight.. mainly golovkin fans who are mad cause he didnt win... canelo moved around the ring, he had a game plan, he isn't there to lose. If you watched the fight you would also know that canelo had golovkin on the back foot at times like no other boxer has done.

I dont think canelo got tired. He took a really hard punch from ggg. I think it was the third round. And he couldnt shake it away, almost till the tenth round. Not the actual physical effect of the punch, but emotionally. Probably he never got hit with that much power and from that point on, he couldnt stay in

i've never heard of a rematch clause that is triggered by the challenger. the guy who has the belts to defend going into the fight is always the one who has the option of triggering any rematch clause, and that is always after a competitive loss. wlad for example, lost his titles to fury and had the option to exercise the rematch clause. had fury lost or drawn, he wouldn't be able to trigger any rematch clause demanding another fight. this is the weirdest thing i've ever heard where the challenger who receives a draw on the scorecards can unilaterally trigger a rematch with the champion. that even makes this stink more like a golden boy fix after all the weird scorecards handed in for canelo's past fights.

Your right. Golden Boy Promotions negotiated this, I would assume, in the Fight Contract. Not wise on GGG's behalf. I Feel, Alvarez is being given Boxing Royalty status which, I don't believe he has earned yet, he very well may one day but not yet. I want to be fair to him because all people should be treated fairly. GGG is the Champion, her won the fight, and should be afforded the rematch option.

If scores had been 115-113, 114-114 and 113-115, we would've taken them as pretty fair. I don't actually see GGG clearly win the fight. Too close of a fight to be that harsh towards Canelo and to talk about corruption.

This fight was awsome you could see they were trying to KO each other they both have solid fucking chins awsome fights undercard were good also i didnt want either to lose by decision fuck that we know boxers cant be depended on a good judging they fuck up most of the time so its a good deal both fighters are to great for that its gotta be a win by KO which will probably happen cause both fighters are mad for the draw
