Stay on those cancer preventive diets. I just learned that many of the articles of clothing that we wear plus bedsheets can all be contaminated with pesticides. Pesticides can bring excess toxins and estrogen into the body which for women can cause cancer, so start looking for organic fabrics. I'm sure it may cause cancer in men too. Do not eat sugar and read as much as you can about those cancer fighting foods and nutrients.❤

You are going to GLORIFY God With Your Story By First Of All Clarifying Your Faith in GOD'S Love , Strength , Mercy and especially giving yourself Grace in your life . I have made mistakes. Stress is ,was high but, my daughter reminded me to give Myself some Grace. I then relaxed a little bit , guilt overwhelms some with strong consciences but GOD is merciful and HIS Grace IS Sufficient for me.. I love your strength , outlook and design for your family God Bless .

Thanks Lauren for sharing the five most peventive foods, but can i mention a view things you forgot to mention? # 1 Raw Garlic, after crushing should sit for at least 10 minutes in order for the allicin to be produced, which is the power of raw garlic. # 2 Turmeric needs to be taken with black pepper for the body to digest it properly. # 3 I know berries are very healthy, but commercial blue berries and straw berries and grapes are loaded with pesticides, organic is the only safe way. Sorry, just trying to be helpful.

Thanks! Yes Turmeric is better absorbed with a pinch of pepper but also with some healthy fat like ghee, olive oil or avocado oil or raw avocado and best if prepared like the golden milk recipe with vegetable milk preferable. Blessings to all.

This sounds almost identical to what happened to me. We could have written this word for word and the same decision making process. After all was said and done, I also did not do chemo or radiation. This was in late 2013. They monitored me for a little over a year. I just became tired of the scans because I realized that this chemical can also bring about cancer. I just stopped everything. Put all of my faith, trust in the word of God. I am still here and feeling great. If anything is up, I am fighting it everyday. Trying to strengthen my system all of the time. Year 10!! They called it lung cancer!! All praise to God!!

There’s a great little book on natural healing written by an older man who cured himself of a number of maladies without medical intervention, called My Physician, Myself. I read it a couple of years ago but lost my copy. I’m going to Amazon right now to order one and be more careful with it. It’s more than worth the read. You might look into the work of Luigi Cornaro, a Venetian nobleman who lived to be 102.

I suggest to cut all starches too - bread, pasta, rice, etc. While berries are good for prevention, not much evidence that they help with cancer itself, and contain some sugar. The other four are cancer fighters but to really have an impact you will need to add extra in the form of powdered extracts (capsules are better than tablets), and lots of them; for example, build up to 5g of curcumin (take with EVOO and black pepper / piperine). And add green tea extract / ECGC; again in high doses. Also, consider OMAD / IF; check out Dr. Eric Berg's videos on this.

You must CHANGE YOUR THINKING to be grateful and positive. I know its hard , but YOU ARE HERE FOR A REASON BELIEVE THERE IS A POSITIVE LESSON FOR WHAT U R GOING THROUGH. You may be here to heal and then help someone else belueve. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH. Put POSITIVE LOVE AND HEALING VIBES IN THE FIELD/AIR AND THAT IS WHAT YOU GET BACK and vice versa. We are all 100% energy just as this universe. We have been lied to keeping science and spirituality seperate IT BELONGS TOGETHER . BELIEVE 100% POSITIVELY IN HEALTH AND THE ENERGY AROUND YOU AND IN YOUR BODY WILL CHANGE TO POSITIVE VIIBES . LOVE FROM OUR HEART IS THE STRONGEST VIBRATION THERE IS. Pleaee trust me. This is where the Bible comes in and Jesus asks us to have love FAITHFULLY AND BELIEVE AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE. "FOR YOUR FAITH HAS MADE YOU WHOLE." Its all about a feeling that you put into the energy field that will manifest back to you. Neg=neg . And pos= pos.. sending you peace love blessings and an abundantvamount of positive vibes for a future full of love and gratefulness.

Cruciferous veggies-better raw:-broccoli, cauliflower, arugula, brussels sprouts, cabbage (love them!)-if cooked: add ground mustard seeds 2.. Garlic-raw a bit better 3.. Berries-best r blackberries & Indian gooseberry (amla) 4.. Mushrooms 5. Tumeric- personal note: tastes super good when sauteing mushrooms and onion 🙏

I found a lump in my breast in Nov. 2019. I wasn't going to do anything about it because I am now 79. However, a week later, I literally went blind overnight. No sight in one eye and very little in the other. That was a message to me to pay attention to what was going on. My PC made appts. for a mammogram, a surgeon and an eye specialist all in the same week. Because I immediately had surgery in one eye and not the other, I had no depth perception, I fell and broke my arm in four places, which kicked off the worst case of sciatica I had ever had, all within about a three week time span, and then COVID hit. I just read Michael Singer's book on Surrender and set an intention to surrender to and be okay with whatever happened, and here I was. I have seen this as a very excellent adventure. I have chosen not to do chemo or radiation, or take chemo pills because of my age. I drove for Road to Recovery in Maine for a number of years so I saw a lot of clients go down the tubes very quickly and not one of them survived the treatment. I prefer quality of life rather than trying for longevity. The decision does not come from my head, but from my very Being. I had a lumpectomy, then a mastectomy and the removal of many lymph nodes. My surgeon sees me frequently (he turned out to be a wonderful doctor). Yes, I have been able to completely surrender and be totally okay with the experience. Sometimes it's about the experience and learning from it, and learning who we really are. I am inspired by you.

I don't believe in coincidences. I'm sitting in my car waiting during my husband's Dr visit & went on KZread & encountered your video!! I'm 68 & was diagnosed this past September with an unusual type of cancer. Non Hodgkins lymphoma, B cell marginal cancer. The metal part of my screen door in 2021 hit my ankle. Actually 2 days in a row. When the hematoma didn't resolve I went to my primary, who wasn't concerned. In over a year it was looked at by my dermatologist twice, my primary several times. Eventually a biopsy was done. 1st call, biopsy showed no malignancy. Thank God. 2 days later I went for suture removal & he told me I had lymphoma. Mind blowing! I'll save the details of how, but praise God, that I found an MSK, in Westchester. Amazing place! I was told my cancer is very unusual, but the best cancer to get. WHAT???! O.K. Anyway, it's called the "wait & see cancer". After my PET scan, I was referred to a special Radiologist at MSK in N.Y. I had a low dose radiation 2 weeks ago. I have to repeat scan in February. Hopefully that radiation was enough. However this cancer is considered a chronic condition, so I'll need to be observed. Haven't been able to meet up with cancer peer with same cancer. Taking 1 day at a time. 68, vegeterian 13 yrs. Non smoker & sober same amount of time. MSK dietician was helpful, but this video is amazing! THANK YOU! May you remain healthy!! God bless you! Marlene

I am dealing with colorectal cancer. I've had one round of chemo and it almost killed me. I can do no more. I deal with extreme pain because of a blockage and bloating and gas is so painful I can hardly live. I have lost so much weight and am starving everyday because of the blockage, it is painful to eliminate what I have eaten. I have to eat foods that cause little gas. I cannot tolerate another chemo session. It is pure agony. I do not know what to do. I am down to 68 lbs. I have my faith in the master healer and need some prayers and alternatives. My children need me and my grandchildren need me. I am so lost and seems like the cancer "system" hasn't changed in 100 years. Please, I need prayers and help somebody somewhere!

Praying for you. Try green alkaline drinks with almond milk in cream (they make a heavy cream almond milk - you need the fat). Start with visualization seeing the healing. Also, you can use essential oils in a diffuser to reduce stress (lavender) Sounds like you’re super stressed, which helps cancer grow. Avoid regular sugar - use monk fruit sweetener, and change salt to Baja Gold and take with every sip of water. That’s what I would do to start. Also listen to 100000 hertz music to kill cancer cells through vibration.

Dr Rhonda Patrick talks about this a lot. Broccoli sprouts contain 100x the sulphurophane than any other veggie. She has a formula where she puts them in warm (110 degree) water and adds to smoothies. The warm water activates it. It equals eating about 10 pounds of broccoli.

I think Dr Rhonda Patrick recommended to put the broccoli sprouts in 160 degrees warm water for 10 minutes to activate the sulforaphane.
