Hi Vroon. Nice content. If ever you are using a wide angle while shooting a living room or other areas, kindly don't prefer that, as the area looks big visually. Instead try to just mention the sizes of all the rooms in meters. And also don't forget to show the balcony /backyard areas as well.

Hello, I would say max 5 to 10 K CAD difference. Usually people prefer to buy from builder.

Hello, winter is little harsh in Edmonton but people get used to it. :) Homes are for sure cheaper than Toronto :)

Hello, there are new homes but prices are little bit higher due to cost of material went up.

Really like your home tour videos. This house is amazing with reasonable price. Can you please tell how much will be cost if this one having atached/deatached garage? And what about basement if like to develop?

Hello thank you so much for such a nice feedback. As you will see in my other videos attached homes can be in 400's range and can go higher. If you get a legal basement developed by the builder it will cost approx. 40 to 45k CAD.

hey, @vroontv I would recommend you to get a wide-angle lens so that we can see a little bit more of the house cause with this lens the screen is just focused on one part of the house and the viewer won't get the whole in-person like perspective, anyways I like your content. :)
