Hello, thank you so much. Yes, main floor and basement homes are called bungalows. I have made a few homes on my channel. In Canada, the ground floor is called the first floor I hope you find this helpful. :)

Thank you for watching all the videos. It is not very common to have a pool in Alberta where it gets really cold. There are homes which has pools but very rare.

Usually agar second floor par 4th bedroom chahiye toh lounge nai milega. Roughly 5 to 10k (mujhe correct price puchna hoga). Basement itne size ke ghar ki $30-35k me bann jaegi.

I don’t like the glossy black kitchen. Love the flooring 👍

This builder interior construction is similar as Indian homes, which is a drawback to Indian consumers bcoz there will be no Canadian flavour.. just an opinion . u doing good job keep making videos like this..

Thank you for your feedback. People prefer features like a spice kitchen and bedroom on a main-floor. I have seen a few other builders construct homes in a similar fashion. They sell pretty quick too.

Bcoz nobody wants to Embarrass of curry smell.. also I was taking about the interior of the Indian Builders..
