    There are a couple of wrong financial problems In this, such as car loan and high car insurance, plus there is much more to do with $2100 mortgage, could consider rental income to develop 1 or 2 bedroom basement or something to rent in beginning, that's how full picture will change and u will see cash flow positive of $2000 here.
