In this episode 3 of BAJA RZR build, WILLY will attempt to measure out, line up and tack the frame to the 2 ½” angles being used to support the two sections of the frame. Can he do it? Will it work? We’ll have to see….

We also have a lot of cage tubing to go in after the body is fit up. Should be very strong when done.

@@DIYWilly that would be really cool! There’s some good AI programs out there for free that you can upload pictures to and they do shockingly amazing renderings… just a thought 💭

I hope it’s a great build. I have an image of what I want in my mind and now let’s see how close I can get it. I wish it would snow here! I think it was 73 today and might get down to the high 40’s tonight. Did turn the heater on last night for the first time this winter..

A really nice project. Just don't ever use a harbor freight bubble Level, a 2 footer I bought from there was waaay off as I compared it to a couple known good ones from other stores I've used for years, it's only good as a straight edge for drawing straight lines now. Make sure those Stanley ones are accurate too you just never know.😊
