The chocolate covered banana that Uncle Jimmy received for dessert was a call back to the Xmas episode. Jimmy was reflecting on a childhood memory

I don’t think Sydney was ignoring Marcus. What a way to find out that your daughter is having a baby. I hope we get to see Donna & Sydney’s dad again. They owe Uncle Jimmy all that money. 🤦♀️😳

To be fair to Marcus, he was asking for an all-day since the beginning of the episode and it doesn't matter how rattled she is, she has to guide the ship.

Yeah, she was also straight up ignoring him cause she didn't want to confront what happened. It does seem like he blows up at her out of nowhere if you aren't listening.

@@bloatus7611 I do agree him yelling in that moment was a valid reaction on his end but he still gave me the ick. I still adore him but it was like sth in him flipped in that moment. Again, his reaction was probably amplified by what went down earlier that day so I'm gonna give them both grace.

Yall have excellent insight into Carmy and his attempt/ability/or even lack thereof to have a romantic relationship. So many people get into relationships before healing from trauma and it just wrecks their partners. It's heartbreaking

I really do think writing Claire the way they did leads to this massive payoff. Carmy was the happiest we've ever seen him only for it to come crashing down.
