Do I think it’s worth it to someone like Erik that makes golf content for a living and is not living paycheck to paycheck, yes, I do.

Lab putters are criminally underrated and a I am glad to see you reviewing one, fantastic putter!

I love how the controversy is, "it looks weird", without taking the technology or actual personal testing into account. I love modern technology that can help you become a better golfer and most of us need that. I'm determined to win this after seeing you putt lights out vs Grant, and if I don't, I definitely need to find one to try out.

Putting being made easier is absolutely the quickest way to make golf fun again. I realized it when I went side saddle. Changed my entire outlook on the game.

I agree 100% on this video. I had a Scotty Cameron Newport 2.5 and had been struggling with opening my face and missing putts by just inches. (So Frustrating) so I did some research and LAB just kept coming up in my research. So I decided to check them out. Unfortunately for me the closest place to try one was a 4 hour drive. I drove it, I tried the LAB Putters and immediately seen there’s something special about the technology in them, I was making putts. I tried all the models and decided the Mezz Max was the fit for me. I bought it and have been super pleased with the outcome. I’ve made many many more putts and those dreaded 3 foot putts just fall in. I have much more confidence in the fact that I will make putts which really helps the ball go in the hole! Definitely recommend checking these out and shoot lower score. Great review.

I have had one of these for a couple years and I find my putting improved drastically. I used to have issues with heel & toe strikes. With this putter, I never have that problem anymore!! Highly recommended!!!

Erik!!! It's been a while since I have tuned in but man is it great to see you swinging and smiling again dude! And seeing you do a little dance on the greens is refreshing! I have long been a believer in L.A.B. Golf putters but when you're a washed up golf pro and a father of 5 it is hard to pull the trigger on new gear. Would love a chance to bag a branding iron from Sam and the peeps down at L.A.B. so I can leave a mark on all of my opponents as they walk off the footage of putts made while they walk to the atm! Oh! And I can't seem to get on the newsletter sign up for some reason! Cheers!

as a total lab convert currently gaming the df, every one who wants to putt better should get one. took me almost two months to really be able to groove, but putting is now my favorite part of the game

I also got a birdie on hole one with my first round with the LAB putter. Love it!

Totally LOVE my LAB Mezz 1 Max Armlock. It’s changed my putting. I am totally sold on their tech. Now that I’ve been using the armlock I kinda want to try the non armlock version too 😁 Heck I may even give the DF 2.1 a go too!

Love the honest feedback and I noticed your improvement right away while playing Grant. Especially Grants face when you sank some DEEEEEP putts!

Pride definitely a big factor in this one I wouldn't classify myself as a bad putter but seeing you and seeing many other people holding so many putts with these things I've definitely looked at testing one out just a shame its hard to find somewhere to test it out without having to pay the hefty pricetag! I have the MEZZ.1... I love it. Over the putt I feel I can start it on my line everytime. I just need to concentrate on dialling in the other two parts the read and the speed.

I try out this putter every time I walk into the PGA superstore.. I just wasn't sure how it would carry over to the actual course. But after watching your match against Grant.. the confidence it gave you was definitely showing. I swear I watched the Grant video and am now going to a LAB dealer on Monday in Basingstoke, UK for a fitting.

Putting with a LAB putter is different than anything I'd ever had before. The feel is just so stable and solid but soft at the same time, almost like it's rubber mounted, which may be due to it being the first putter I've had with a graphite shaft. I love my Mezz1 AR.

The putting in the video with Grant was brilliant and hopefully your putting continues to improve going forward. On the question of worth it? its like anything we buy its all relative for most people probably not, but if you can afford it then why not, as golfers we do spend £500 on drivers or get it second hand. Personally I think there is a mental block spending the same money on a putter, even when the putter is far more important to our game than the driver. Our score can be made or broken by how we putt more so than how we hit a driver. Personally I swapped from a blade putter to a mallet a year or two ago and I am a lot more confident with it. My issue with a mallet style is the look, and the look of a putter plays a major part in putting as you need to be confident standing over it, and sometimes the larger designs can be more off putting it. Finally apologies for the long rant, but interesting watch and looking forward to seeing who wins and how they find the putter.

I have one of these. Since owning it, my putting stats have been brilliant. Although it’s a lot of money, it’s better value than paying lots of money for a driver. I am anticipating my handicap to fall this year as my putting gets better.

20+ yrs ago, my putting was the worst. I couldn't read a line well, couldn't roll a ball end over end if my life depended on it. And my scores reflected it. A bad back injury / surgery kept me from swinging a club for a few months and during that time I decided i was making a change. So for three months, i learned all i could about putting and I putted with everything out there i could find to help me roll the ball better and on my intended line. I ended up with an Odyssey 2-Ball. They were new at the time. Took a while to get over the looks, but the RESULTS couldn't be argued with. I used that putter for a lot of years. The putter that followed was used for a lot of years. Those two putters weren't 'lookers' but they sure were players. Find what works for you and use it. And if you cast aside what works for ooh's and aaah's, you're giving away strokes. And in the end, rolling in the putts one after another after another is what impresses anyways.

I’ve had mine for one year. I get crap for the looks but love the results. DF 2.1 red, three lines, 35 inch, (upright) 75 degrees.

I bought a LAB putter and one year in my putts per GIR dropped from 2.1 to 1.9. Really enjoy it. I get better with it every round.

I tried these putters when I visited Dallas and they were great. I should have just paid to ship one back to Wales!

Invest in a putter - the most hit (stroked) club in the bag every round. Get fitted. Lie angle very important for one's setup and stroke. May need to improve either or both. Practice. Fall in love with putting ........ o ____ ! Most will have 28-38 putts per round - 100% or more than the driver, maybe 14 times per round. Many shell out $300-$500 every year or so for a new driver.

I’m with you EAL, I love the blade look more too… but the performance of the mallet can’t be denied. When I pull my fugly “daddy long legs” putter out the bag all my bros go “Wth is that?!” 😂
