The hair is a good look on you. Definitely get on the trails when your Achilles heals. When Allie starts traveling to some more of the big trail races don't miss out on the opportunity to race those too. The places you guys travel to will be amazing! Your speed from the shorter distances will pay off when you start going longer. If that's something you want to do.

Hey, Spencer. Cool video. I noticed you said your achilles is not getting better. Going on 9 weeks isnt it? Why not get some imaging done? Why not run through it like most serious runners? You need to put more effort into solving your problems. You can't just wait around for 9 weeks and except AT to magically heal itself. Maybe once it heals, you can go back to being coached by your dad and start running 5ks. Just make it last longer than a few months before you switch your agenda and abandon all progress.

Hey Spence, the new haircut is good! How is the achilles rehab going. Have you seen Squat University "How to Fix Achilles Tendonitis" on KZread? But if after a considerable time, it just doesn't seem to be healing, which was the case with mine, I ended up going to Dr Maurer, foot and ankle specialist right near you in Kirkland. He did therapy on mine which brought it back quickly.

9:45 is my prediction without watching the video. Edit: This is actually the first time I guessed a time before watching the whole video and no spoilers, and I actually got it close :D by the way 9:43 is amazing, my fastest 400m walking lap is 1:59, BARELY under 2 minutes and I was so out of it after just 1 lap, I know it's much faster than 2:27 per 400, but it's still crazy you are only going 28 seconds slower than my fastest lap, 4 times in a row, that's amazing man, I would love to break 12 minutes for a 1 mile race walk.
