Have you considered doing a recap of Sasuke? I'm not sure if there's an English version, but you don't really need to know the language to understand what's happening. This year's competition ended with a crimping challenge, and (spoiler alert) no one could get past that part of the course. Although the first course is mostly silly and the second course is sort of easy, the third course was really intense. Overall, the show is really fun and would probably make for a good recap. I believe it's the basis for the original Ninja Warrior dub that everyone watched growing up, except in Japan they only do it once a year and the broadcast is like 8 hours long. But it's worth noting that it's sort of a nepotistic show, full of celebrities or friends of friends or people who train with former contestants, etc., and there are only 100 competitors.

All these obstacle courses are just perfect for climbers because climbing stuff is just what's difficult for all the other sports. Play badminton? Well, you can't climb super well. Strongest man? Also super heavy and while you have decent grip, you're not 3x as strong as the tiny climber guy. Soccer player? Skips grip day. Its hard for everyone except them, but they also have some pretty good all-rounder capability because pro climbing requires arms, legs, and core as well as fingers.
