Two days later I felt that dark cloud building up in my head again, three days later it‘s still there and I hope it will go away soon and not take another three weeks.

For all out there who haven't started yet.........Just do it to fix your mental health and the weight loss ends up being an added bonus/side effect. Best advice I can give: be as strict as you can right at the start, don't go in half way and you will see best/fastest results this way. Biggest mistake most make is they don't commit 100% to 30+ days and in the end that only makes it way harder IMHO!

@@nikolauslofgren7755 Yes it has! I had to go off of it for a while due to switching jobs and having to pay bills but I got a really good new job. Can’t wait to start again. The main thing I noticed is that when you go on carnivore for even 2 days the second you have a small candy the depression hits you hard at night horribly. It’s scary until you remember why you are feeling so awful then ensure next time you don’t make that mistake. Staying on carnivore when you get on is extremely important for stable mental health. I noticed mental clarity and relief from the depression paralysis. This is extremely important because I worked security and now am in corrections. I need to feel my best to help others. I am working to be a law enforcement officer and I believe carnivore is my last step to complete healing. It is the only thing that made me feel not just better but great. If you haven’t started it I highly recommend giving it a shot and if you are on it that’s awesome. In either case thanks for asking and I hope my answer helped. ❤️

I know first hand what went into commercial rice farming. The synthetic fertilizers, fungicide, herbicide, mulloscicide, pesticides, etc that was used in literally every single stage of that plant is enough to cause the human body damage, not to mention rice has arsenic. Filipinos eat rice 3-6 times a day, even more than 1 serving. The amount of people here who has diabetes and coronary heart disease because that high amounts of carbs is also eaten with high amounts of fats and seed oils so😅

I'm just starting carnivore. I dont really deal with depression, but I have severe health anxiety that is debilitating at times. My biggest struggle right now is constant dizziness/unsteadiness but I've cycled through many different systems. I'm really hoping that carnivore can help.

What is the greatest obstacle as soon as you have started a low- to no-carb diet in order to leave your dark mental places? People around you who give you a hard time for the changes you make? Maybe. But mostly it's you being insecure about the new feeling you have. All your habits are linked to the darker self. Embrace habits that suit your healthier self, accept the grief for the opportinities to be healthy missed in the past, get back on track whenever you lose direction for a day. Go out and take one more step towards the good.

Light bulb moment: I've always equated the word "hope" with the last evil thing in Pandora's box. However - I just heard someone say that the carnivore diet gave them hope... A way out of crippling depression. That sounds good 😃 The notion that there IS a way out of a crippling downward spiral of chemical dysfunction "Hope" no longer feels like just wishing for something to get better. It feels like an escape plan that "just could work". Keep spreading the message! 💖💖💖

Nobody could help and you finally get tired of asking for help and learn to just be, whatever that looks like. Thank you Kerry! Kerry, I have been subscribed to your channel for at least 5 months and you have been influential in my decision to adopt a carnivore lifestyle. This has got to be the most powerful and well done video you have done! Actually one of the best in this carnivore space. So inspirational! As someone who has battled depression for most of my life, this one made me realize for the first time that though I still struggle, I DO have HOPE! For the first time in a long, long time I find myself thinking of the future and making plans. Before I just didn’t care if there even WAS a future. Thank you for inspiring so many that there is hope. I agree with another comment that the Healing Humanity T-shirt should have HOPE across the back! Blessings to you and your family.

Such a powerful video. We must be reminded of the very real risks to our mental health and happiness when we dont eat the proper human diet. Its strange how we so easily forget how far we have come due soley to a dietary change and the reality must be remembered and celebrated and shared so more people can benefit. Love this video Kerry Mann.

Please do more research I have been doing the carnivore diet for almost 300 days and completely reversed my depression and anxiety. My grocery bill is probably 70% to 50% what it was before if you do the honest math on the standard American diet people eat three times a day with multiple snacks trips to Starbucks out to eat fast food beer pizza, junk food I eat none of that For 60 days I did the lion diet. I had a big piece of meat and some ground beef patties and saved a ton of money on my grocery bill while getting healthy.
