Technically KDB is not your academy player but a player you brought from Genk. KDB then went to Wolfsburg and City brought him from Wolfsburg. As for Palmer he is a City academy player. So the two situations simply don't add up. So is the case with Salah.

If the scouts can't clearly see how good Palmer is what's to say their judgment is worth anything. If you can get it that wrong. How are you considered a scout?

Ridiculous how different the standards Arsenal and Liverpool are held to. Virtually similar results and yet Liverpool are bottlers but arsenal aren't?
