All the devilish Satan crap in the campaign along with the kids with the bears, the court papers on the desk along with the book from the arthur known for sick drawings of children that are disturbing (to say the least), the one bloody lady with the bloody babies, the zombie catwalk...its just too much for me to ignore. I sold by Hourglass bag at a loss but so thankful I was able to sell it vs toss it. I needed my hard earn money back. Nice bag but oh well. I can't use it with a clear conscience.

I agree with you Dacob! Whoever was responsible and signed off on the ad should have been fired immediately. I think they are hoping this will go away. I have noticed some people are starting to wear their Balenciaga pieces lately. Saw someone wearing their boots recently. They are probably trying to figure out how to get out of this situation in the best way possible.

I feel so disappointed with Balenciaga, my first “luxury” bag is hourglass, I was so attracted to the shape of the bag and the fact that Balenciaga was the first brand that addressed war in Ukraine (while all the rest carried on with the fashion week) made me believe there is some humanity in this brand. How wrong was I… this terrible scandal makes me so sad as I realized they have no values. I really hope they can redeem themselves but I fully agree, all those people, they have to go.

I think Nicolas Ghesquière kept to the Balenciaga aesthetic and morals, I think hiring Denma was a mistake

Yes, totally agreed with u that they need to replace the entire creative team with a female designer! I don’t understand why Kering is hesitating to let Demna go. Perhaps the heads at Kering are the real problem, after all they hired Alexander Wang (who’s problematic too) before Demna!

Totally! Kering is worrying me as much as Balenciaga at this point. I can’t shake the icky feeling looking at Saint Laurent etc.

I have an older pair of the sock sneakers and I don’t even want to touch them! Horrifying incomprehensible stuff going on.

Balenciaga…”Big mistake, Huge mistake!” Was never a fan of the brand but the ad campaign 💯 solidified my decision of never purchasing any of their products.

Whatever they do or aim to do. No, simply no. Everyone from head to toe involved in the thinking, developing, executing process needs to take their hat. Balenciaga needs to return to their roots, bring in designers which understand the art of Design, french art of Designing, recandle the spirits from the past. I think Demna and his whole team should absolutely be fired. The original Balenciaga is so so so incredible, it was revolutionary and it's quite interesting to see how they stay relevant nowadays. Demna destroyed the brand in my opinion. It is time for someone to step up and focus on really good minimal yet complex designs. Simple looking things are the hardest to design and Mr. Balenciaga had some incredible skills that changed the fashion world forever.

If they had let the team go right away then yes. But now there's no way to come back. I only have one Balenciaga piece a bracelet, which I absolutely adore. But I can not bring myself to wear anymore. I'm also sad that companies like the real real that were quick to cut others off have not done the same for Balenciaga.

Haha, well, she is not the best designer for Chanel in my opinion. She is repetitive and bland in many ways but its ok but I would also prefer someone else at chanel.

Puerto Rico has many good fashion designers. I have two friends that are famous designers here and my cousin Rafy Soto is famous designer in Florida, oh and my daughter studied fashion design

Hi Dacob, I've always loved Balenciaga's handbags and the brand, the brand to me is luxury (in my opinion). Last year I purchased the Le Cagole small shoulder bag in black, I love it, and not ashamed to wear it or keep it. I still have another couple on my wishlist for this year, the Neo Cagole City Lambskin Leather Tote Bag in black and in grey. The campaign was quickly corrected by the brand, I feel every brand at one point or another has made mistakes they wish they never did. Also on another thought I've been having, trying to cancel and destroy hate with more hate is never the answer or fix all. I have a amazing sales associate that helped me last year with my first Balenciaga purchase and he is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He feels very sad at what has happened but still loves waking up every morning and coming to work for the brand he loves. The company treats their employees well and fairly. Whenever I am at the mall I go and visit with him and check on his mental well being, because people are so quick to be cruel to the sales staff that had nothing to do with that campaign. I also didn't have anything to do with that campaign so I feel I don't need to feel ashamed to wear the bag I love. Jasmin

I understand that but esp. with this much time having passed, B management and ownership has stamped their approval of what Demna is doing. The CD doesn’t act alone these days. IFF they kick him out and clean house, that’s where discussions of the brand itself open up.

They need to close and reopen with new positive vibes, something like total oposite.
