I am not a mother, but I can't get over how disgusting it is. I am a fraghead though and I would not want even to look into Balenciaga perfumes' side. I think that firing the Artistic Director is the smallest thing they should have done. But the most frustrating is the customers who did not stop having business with a brand who dares propagating rotten ideas.

Balenciaga is a disgrace and the people that support them equally so. We should all hold ourselves and others who support them to account. Good on you for doing the right thing I wish others would too!

Thank you for this, thank you for being one of very few with a backbone. I used to work with teenage girls and young adults who had been used and abused as children and it changes you. The things these girls went through is so horrible that I don’t think people would believe it if you would talk about it. We worked with the police sometimes and the scenes they walked into make law and order SVU look like a kids show. I didn’t have what it takes and quit after about a year because I couldn’t leave the work behind at the end of the day. Child abuse and child p isn’t edgy.

Thank you Dacob. I didn’t forget the Ad and all the influencers Who chose to support them (i am looking at you Tamara darling). Every Little detail of that disgusting campaign was put there with thought and an agenda to convey a specific message. The more you look at it and the more you fall deep into their sick mind: from the photo of and adult bedroom where all the toys are shown (and the children are toys too in the twisted mentality) to the documents and art referred to in the Adidas one… there’s no coming back from this and we’re not talking about a scandal. To me everyone involved should have been prosecuted. Should we remember the Christie’s auction too? I’m so grateful to you for talking about these issues and for your integrity, morality and brightness in this dark world ❤

As a mom I could see from the shows the intent. It got worse each year Most men would not want the women in their life exposed to anything degrading. Only the ones who want to see it like it. I think social media has numbed us to what is degrading. Often I get glimpses of what I do not want to see. My dad would be horrified of the lack of respect!

Gosh, there is so much I have to say. But thankfully, you've said most of it. I respect you so much for continuing this awareness. It made me sick when the news came out about them, and it makes me even more sick now seeing how people have no morals and will always support abusers. Abusers protect abusers and the fashion and entertainment industry as a whole is one of the biggest offenders if not the biggest. People like Kim K will always be at the top because they have no backbone and will do anything to cling to their wallet. Haute le Mode has rubbed me the wrong way lately before this short even came out. He would do celebrity closet reviews and make all these comments about fast fashion but have no problem pointing out and talking about their Balenciaga bags. I totally understand the problems behind fast fashion, but he also has no idea how long someone has had something, or how they obtained that item. He has even made comments about celebrities wearing Dolce and Gabbana and purposely keeps the commentary short (again I get it) but it just felt weird that he never says anything about covering Balenciaga. It felt a bit like virtue signaling to me and it came off as not a priority to him. Im honestly not surprised about the video. I may not be a mother but I was a victim at 14 by a man in his late 40s. I try to see the best in people but a pattern is a pattern. And my gut has been telling me something is off for awhile now.

Yes, watched Pam! I adore her. She was close friends with Vivienne. Pamela going to Paris fashion week with no makeup at all anymore is so beautiful to see. Apparently after her makeup artist passed away she decided no more make up anymore. She was already toying with the idea even before her makeup artist passed away and we have seen Pam already going on outings without makeup in the past but now she is officially stating no more makeup again. Allegedly of course. 💖

Why do you think someone as well respected as say fashion journalist Cathy horyn was walking in that show? What decision is it that they’ve come to in their lives or work that they’ve decided Balenciaga has made penance and it’s time to take the beans seriously again. There were other prominent editor and fashion people walking in that show as well. Was it Balenciaga trying to say “look, these people have forgiven us, you should too”. Same with dolce and Gabanna.
