Camper Build - Insulating the Doors and Repairing the Floor

We are back at the Chevy Express Camper Conversion!
Today our goal is to use the scrap pieces of insulation to insulate the side doors and we pulled up the floor mat and found it was quite wet under there causing some major rust so we need to resolve that!
Once we scrapped the rust from the floor we noticed some holes that need to be patched before we will be able to get an inspection sticker on it! MORE BODY WORK 👎🏻👎🏻 it’s not fun but it has to be done! Once this is taken care of we can start laying the flooring and getting into the actual camper part of the build (HOPEFULLY!! 🤞🏻) It feels like we have been doing nothing but cleaning and repairing the metal on this project!

Thank you! We hate wasting anything around here and will make the most of everything we have! So glad the sound is better and the mic is working! It’s been a couple weeks since we’ve been talking to him as everyone had been busy with the holidays and getting back to the grind afterwards. I’m sure we will touch base in the near future!
I agree sound is better! I have never watched a van build. I am interested to see how this goes.
