CAMEROONIAN STREET FOOD // African Street Food // Puff Puff // Beef Soya // Suya // Cook with me!
I love Cameroonian street food! So I thought it would be fun to make this video of me making some of my favorite Cameroonian Street Foods: Puff Puff and Beans and Beef Soya!
Also, my brother Desmond was so kind to take some videos of a woman in Cameroon frying Puff Puff by the road. I am so grateful for him and for Mami Puff Puff who agreed to be filmed. Thank you, Des!
There is nothing like African Street Food. Insanely delicious!

Is the spice called kankan?
@eliel-salomezahiri6783
3 жыл бұрын
Yes kankankan in Ivory Coast 🇨🇮 they call it suya or soya in Nigeria and Cameroon
It also happens to me, hahahaha
You can just give the stubborn puff puff a light press and then the stubbornness will give way 😁
My son is allergic to peanuts but he can have almonds and pecans would I be able to powder one of those for the Soya seasoning ?

I got them from an Asian store but you can get them from most grocery stores or supermarkets. They are labeled, 'bamboo skewers'. For the cook time: 20 minutes in the oven and flip halfway through. Here is the full recipe: www.preciouscore.com/beef-suya-recipe/
