CAMEROONIAN SESE PLANTAINS || Turning Plantains || Unripe Plantain Porridge

Cameroonian Sese Plantains, Sese Planty or Turning Planti is unripe (green) plantains cooked with red palm oil and other ethnic flavors. It is such a hearty one-pot meal plantain meal that reminds me of home. Sese Plantain is so tasty and loaded with nutrients. Hope you try it!

This was very yummy to watch from start to finish! The African sound in the back added so much native vibe to it all. I loved every bit of this video and all that is left is for me to taste it 😂😋😋. With that said, I am going to cook mine. Thank you Precious for sharing ❤️

is the palm oil really necessarry? can I replace it by something else? For the dried fish, I could probably use dried salted cod, desalted. for the crayfish, I don't know, mayby a bit of miso paste (african-asian fusion cuisine...)
