The Best Cameroonian SOYA || No Skewers, No Grill || Easy street food grilled meat!

You'll love this street food recipe! Cameroonian soya is grilled meat that is sold on the streets. You know, there is nothing as tasty as street food!
In Cameroon, the soya is either grilled on skewers or grilled as big chunks of meat that are chopped before serving.
This version which I learned from a friend ditches the skewers and big chunks of meat. Instead, bite-size pieces of beef are seasoned and then oven-gilled. You could use your air fryer too!
The result is incredibly seasoned and tasty pieces of beef that are to die for. They are smoky, spicy, and so good! Just watch the video to see for yourself!

I was gonna criticize those 7.5K people who viewed and only 305 liked and even fewer comments. Then I realized I, too, am one of them. So after adding my like. Precious, all your recipes are phenomenal! Thanks to you, my family thinks I'm the best cook ever!!!

Hi, you could make yours at home. I have linked to the video for homemade soya pepper in the description box. Also, you could just replace the soya pepper with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper or any other spicy pepper powder and a teaspoon of peanut powder or peanut butter. Hot pepper and peanuts are the main ingredients in soya pepper. Hope this helps.
