CAMEROONIAN SOYA GRILLED IN CHUNKS || Cutting Soya || Coupé Coupé || Part 2!
Welcome to Cameroonian Soya Part 2! You guys really loved my other soya video so I made this video to show you how to make Cameroonian Soya grilled in chunks.
This chunky version is great for when you don't have much time to cut all of the meat into bite-sized pieces before grilling. It is also great for soya that will be cooked on the outside grill.
Such a time-saving recipe and so easy!

INGREDIENTS FOR CAMEROONIAN CHUNKY SOYA
- 1 pound beef
- 1 Tablespoon flavorless oil (I used olive oil)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper (or black pepper)
- 1 small Maggi seasoning cube, crushed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon ground "contri onions" ("Rondelles" in English)
- 1 teaspoon soya pepper or kankan]
For serving: Maggi seasoning sauce, sliced onions, and soya pepper.

Remove the outer shell of the contri onions then blend or process into a powder.

I haven’t tried any of the recipes just yet, but I have tried the one that is made on the grill I think the first recipe looks more appetizing

Do you make your own soya spice and pepper if yes please share the recipe. I think the chunky ones retain more juice and so more moist.
