This is tasty. For ease, I toasted the rice In the hot oil with the seasoning and (onion and garlic). Then transferred it over to a pressure cooker with a rice function. The results were amazing.

Love the vibrant color and lots of vegetables to do the body well. Wow… I can only imagine the taste the dawadawa maggi will add to this dish. I hope you will be sharing that recipe with us 🙏. Would love to see how you made it, love dawadawa for its health benefits anyway back to the rice. This looks palatable and I love the black beans in there, yumm thx for sharing with us!
