Funny that the one judge overseeing a trial against Trump worked with Hunter at the same firm for years, gave money to Obama’s campaign, was appointed by him and it’s not considered a conflict or corrupt. They’d do anything to get a chance to replace some Justices or stack the SC, anything. Some people are so easy to sway because they won’t bother to gather more information. Trump is terrified of Fani taking him to court, so he's trying to have her taken off the case (AGAIN). Ms. James did her job and brought a decades long business fraud to trial (he was found guilty and owes $464M) and D.A. Braggs did his job and brought a person to trial for election interference and business fraud. That case is going on now, so we don't know the verdict. The men on the s. court are being politicians in robes instead of justices. That is not their job. If they want to be politicians they need to be elected by the people of their State. Then, they can be voted out when they do horrible things repeatedly (like Alito and Thomas have done). Vote Biden/Blue then we can clean up the corrupt s. court.

Hanging the flag upside down is not “treason” stealing an election, allowing an invasion, and many other things are though. What I find stunning is how quick some change their minds if a SC judge does what the mockingbird media says is good. That’s all it would take too unfortunately because so few pay enough attention to the actual substance of a case and instead rely heavily on the press to convey the info slanted of course because they are part of the problem. Crazy since a book was written all the way back in 1993 called The News and the Culture of lying that outlined how the vast majority of the press lies which is far from the only thing either, there have been tons of people that have said the same thing decades ago. Malcolm X said it pretty short and sweet though when he said “the press can make a guilty person innocent and an innocent person guilty.” It’s crazy how the press can employ 100s of former government employees, many from the intelligence community that Schumer said “has six ways to Sunday to get back at someone…”. Yet it was claimed that it’s no big deal that a Judge who worked with Hunter at a firm for many years, donated to Obama’s campaign, was appointed by Obama to the court and now is overseeing a trial against Trump.

Term limits for Supreme Court justices! Nobody should be entitled to a lifetime appointment with no repercussions for corrupt behavior. These old farts are on the take and nothing happens to them. It’s just so wrong.

If it means distress, why were the insurrectionists carrying it? They were bringing distress to the members of Congress. Furthermore, thanks to the Magas, all the Justices have 24/7 security. If the Alitos were so threatened by their neighbours, all they needed to do was tell their security people. And how do you threaten someone who has 24/7 security?

I take it as a sigh of desperation. I am more concerned with figuring out why the MSM outlets have all gone with the political hack model. It should be not just OK but preferable for a journalist to not take a side or at least attempt objectivity but that just does not seem to exist in the MSM any more. We just don't have many reporters these days and the few we have are independent and thus have a relatively small reach.

Remove him from the Supreme Court, also remove all of the current members. The positions should never be for life and should be 12 years at most and maybe a 2nd term. And they need to be elected into office; they don’t represent the people at all. Even Congress needs to have a limit of terms.

We are taught in the military that an upside down flag means DISTRESS. It is a sign of distress -- a distress signal. Why are the media reading more into this than it really? Rhetorical question, obviously.

Alito and Thomas should recuse them selves from all Trump cases. If they are for Democracy they would recuse themselves.

Let's fire all the judges, and elect supreme court judges for a 4 year term.

These partisan appointees need term limits. This is crazy. They are forcing their beliefs on us instead of upholding the law in an equal and just manner.

Just because they don’t rule the way you would like doesn’t mean they aren’t upholding the law. There is a difference between your feelings and constitution/legal precedent.

Congress is supposed to vett them.

We don't need to fish through the Constitution we just need to read it.... the supreme Court Justice is not beyond reproach is not beyond impeachment..

This is what they don't have the capacity to understand, or the moral fiber to even bother with. Conservatives, on the whole, do not ever bother to think, "What if the roles were reversed, how would I feel if there were a similar situation, but one where the transgression was committed on behalf of a liberal?" - or maybe it's not just that they're too lazy to bother, but that they don't have the integrity to think fairness is ever appropriate (except when someone is being unfair to _them_ ).

Should be impeached and put in jail for treason.

Put this energy into fixing your districts. Focus on the people instead of Trump 24\7. KBJ needs to recuse herself from voting on anything to do with women. 🤗

To recuse himself would lower his value as a pawn for the ruling class, hence removing him as a part of the ruling class. To ask he recuse himself for flying a flag upside down is a poor start toward revamping SCOTUS. It's a Trumpette maneuver straight out of Trump's playbook
