Could you do a pre-bed stretch routine? I never know what the best ones to do are, especially since I'm trying to both relax and increase my mobility.

I include pullups, dips, and alot of body weight ab exercises into my I ifting routine! It works wonderfully for my lats and abs

I had to stop doing calisthenics some time ago due to my injured wrist (happend 2017 and cost me 15% of it's functionality) and my really sensitive shoulders, it still makes me so sad. But that doesn't stopped me from watching Hamptons videos and adore his personality and skills! I lift weights now but doing both would be awesome!
