    Only a little bit if you practice both evenly and if you do clean push ups. For an average person the Push Up to Dip Ratio is about 2:1

    The goals seems very random 10 pushups and sugar hold? Compared to the full range dips and pull ups that's nothing.

  • @calimove

    @calimove

    5 ай бұрын

    What's a sugar hold? :D btw it's not really random, sure the goals are not all equally hard but they are also not too far from each other. If you can do 10 CLEAN Push Ups ..5 Dips are not far away if you practice both evenly. The same counts for Pull Ups. An average Push Up to Pull Up Ratio is 3:1.
