A guy told me once: "You are too big to do calesthenics. You should stick with powerlifting because that is what you were made to do." I will never forget those words and I will prove him wrong. I'm currently 34 years old, 6'0" (183cm), and 239lbs (108kg). As of now, I can hold a dragon flag. My goal is to do the iron cross. I know I can do it.

I was introduced to basic calisthenics during the lockdown of 2020. My body responded very well to it. However I have never been able to do full pull-ups and in recent years, I've injured my elbow. I'd watched a video of Calimoves's in which Alex stated that Sven had injured his elbow and then took a break to do mobility exercises for a few months, to fully recover. The memory of that video made me purchase your Mobility program on 3/5/2024. But ever since then we've found out that my mother needs a heart bypass surgery and for that things have been pretty wild, at home. Now, things have been figured out and she gets operated on the 4th of June. With that comfortable thought in mind, I will be beginning your mobility program from tomorrow. I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT AND GRADUATING FROM IT, TO YOUR CALISTHENICS PROGRAM!! Thank you for putting out your videos, they help more than you can imagine:)

If you don't want to injure elbows you need to do proper warmup before training and it will be so good to do streching after training too. Talking specifically about pull-ups - you have to think more about technic. I also injured my elbow, and only after half a year i understood that my technic was wrong. I focused too much on my arms, when i needed to focus on the back. Basically you need to pull your body with your back, not arms. You can push your scapula to the back, like trying to attach them together(dont push it too far) and try to think of pull up like pushing bar to the floor, not like pulling you up.

@@gauravrao9082 no problem bro 🫡. Btw, you need to go out to get at least 30 min of sun on your skin daily. Of course you need other vitamins too, so you can do some research to find products which contain them and find out lack of which vitamins you can have. Nutrition plays a huge role in joint health(and health overall ofc).

I’m definitely somewhere between-- Level ✨✨3️⃣ and level✨✨ 4️⃣---.I find myself focused and more gauged ⚖️ towards improving the Handstand push-up, the 90^degrees hold🔥, and the press to handstand. My goal 🥅 is to get better at these vertical/horizontal push movements; awell as my mobility. And then begin pull movements such as improving my muscles ups, front lever and so on💪💪. Being accepted to this program would definitely help skyrocket my progress. I WOULD LOVE BODY TRANFORMATION🙂.

I’ve been working through the first three levels of the Master Calisthenics program in the past few years, starting during the pandemic, and would consider myself solidly in level 2 of the pyramid now. I’m working on advanced pushups, pull-ups, and pistol squats, and I’m also aiming at being able to do a free standing handstand. I’ve really enjoyed doing the program so far, and it’s my go-to moment of focus on my body after a long day’s work, highly recommended!

Cheers to all of us striving to improve our life/fitness journeys! As a beginner in calisthenics I’m amazed by how much I’ve learned so far. Each video inspires me to push my limits and embrace new challenges. I was truly inspired by today’s video on the progression pyramid and how exercises grow in complexity. Understanding the structured approach to calisthenics through your model has clarified so much for me. It’s fascinating to see how I can gradually advance from simpler exercises to more complex ones as I build my strength and skills. Winning a course from you would be incredibly beneficial in helping me navigate through these levels with precision and confidence. Thanks for the chance to transform my approach to fitness with such a great training strategy!

Great video! Loved seeing all the different moves put into a progression system. I'm 50 years old, and over the past 6 months I've slowly gotten back the ability to do pull ups and swing around on monkey bars. Deep squats are another go to which have helped a lot. I have a long way to go, but my body feels so much better .. far less pain in my shoulders and back, and the mental state improvements are also incredible. Looking forward to reaching level 2, and seeing how far I can take this.

Just starting out at beginner level. Moving into phase 2. At the start I wasn’t able to do even 1 pull up. Now I can do 3 solid form pull ups. It’s nice to feel the strength developing. Excited about future training.
