You're welcome, this particular unit has been working very well. 30 amp was sufficient for my requirements, and is very convenient. Thanks.

That rats' nest is a fire-hazard. Cable management is life.

Thanks for your honest input... the cables are all safely connected with guards, conduit, etc. It may not look organized to you but it's all safe. Any positive feedback is also appreciated, just saying.

Question , I have solar with battery and my generator will charge my batteries but needs a 2 wire start generator to start automatically. Any suggestions ?

Hi there . I have the same set up at my hunt camp which is generator power and I am adding solar. The only difference is my generator brings in 220 into the panel. You think that switch could still work?

Hi Gilles, unfortunately this particular transfer switch is rated at 120vac, (120 volts). I could help you search an alternative that will work if you like?!

Dave Wilcox Jr Outdoors The more I get into this I think I would have to switch my generator to 120. Then I could use any transfer switch. Don’t see a solution with the panel on 200 amps. Thx for your help

Have you got a Magnum sign why would you install a transfer switch inverter has one in it

I didn't always have that charger/inverter, I also didn't use the Magnum charger to charge the banks, the system is recently changed that will have that transfer switch eliminated. I'm working on moving the entire battery banks and solar equipment to another location. These automatic transfer switches work well for many lower cost inverters without the charging capabilities.

The inverter has a AC input you don't have green so you connect a generator to the input damn you set the inverter cats grid priority when your battery go low you start your generator dad inverter with automatically transferred and it will charge your battery off the generator the master electrician you got do not know Squad
