    I would suggest 2-3 times per week is a good sweet spot. Aim for approximately 2 mins total in the stretch for each session. You can do that all in 1 set, or break it up into multiple sets. For example 3 sets of 45s seems to work really well. And feel free to mix in some full range repetitions before or after your sets!🙌🏼

    What is our focus when our feet touches each other? Should I press it against each other or should I press the ankle to the floor leaving the feet touching but the soles opens and close when the feet moves?

    Yes press your feet together to help create a better line of tension through the groin/adductors🙌🏼

    My feet peel apart when I do these. My soles look like an open book rather than praying hands if that makes sense? Is that ok form?

    Yeah that’s okay in the beginning. Make sure you’re elevating your hips off the floor as I show here, and really focus on pressing the bottoms of your feet together as best you can🙌🏼
