    There’s a general recommended prescription in the description of this video! I’d recommend doing that 3x per week to start🙌🏼

    ​@@Flexibility.Maestro ohh not sure how I missed that! I thought I read the description. Thanks! Do you pair these with Jefferson curls or any other hamstring routine? Or is this all that's sufficient?

    I get some tenderness in my lower back a day or 2 after doing this. I try to do it a few times a week. Is it a form issue or is it just a form of doms (in muscles that aren't actively working)?

    Hard to say for sure without more context on your situation or how you're training it. Are you doing much in the way of preparatory work beforehand?

    @@Flexibility.Maestro Here's the context. I'm pretty warmed up before I do it - 15 min of sledwork prior - walking forwards and backwards. So I think my hips legs and lower back are pretty toasty when i start. What do you think?
