    I lost 40lbs in 2 months doing her 3 miles mon-fri (no weights), fasting, drinking more water, eating healthy and completely omitting SNACKS...I felt that if I had over 30 lbs of fat on my body why did I need a snack? If my gut was hungry it had over 30lbs of left overs to choose from Bon appétit.

    You are so right, have had her DVD since 2009 but I never took it seriously till last week I noticed a colleague trimming down nicely and I asked her what she does, booom! It was this same lady I underrate her fitness exercises. This particular clip is what my colleague uses.

    I lost 15 kgs in 8 weeks doing this exercise and eating clean. I have had trouble losing weight let alone exercising. But Leslie's exercises are so addictive and helped my lose my excess weight. It's two years now and I've managed to keep it off. Thank you Leslie.

    Leslie isn't just for the ladies. I'm a 74 guy still loving to walk and use hand weights. I take my walks outside as long as the weather doesn't get in the way. Otherwise, these videos do the job . Thank you , Leslie for sharing online your videos. They are NEVER boring!!!

    Just brilliant. Have been doing two 45 minute walks back to back and it's perfect for me. An hour and a half out of each day is NOTHING compared to what getting fit and feels like after being bed-bound for almost 5 years. I'm only 49 and I've got a lot left to give and this is my ticket to everything. With much love and gratitude xx

    @@sweetamna3262 how many calories you burn depends on a lot of things. Your weight, your age, how much muscle vs fat on your body, whether male or female. I'm 63 yrs old, 5'1", 106 lbs and according to my tracker I burned 194 calories doing this workout.

    I am going to start this workout without weights (can't afford them lol) with proper diet. Started: 13 July 2023 Height : 173 cm Day 1: 98.10 kgs(32 mins) Day 2: 97.60 kgs(40 mins) Day 3: 97.20 kgs(complete workout) Day 4: 96.55 kgs(no workout) Day 5: 97.55 kgs(had a huge meal and no workout the previous day) Day 6: 97.00 kgs Day 7: 96.65 kgs Day 8: 96.50 kgs(No workout today) Day 9: 95.85 kgs Day 23(04/08) : 93.40 kgs 06/10 : 85.80kgs

    I discovered Leslie during lockdown in 2020 and I can honestly say that no one can compare to her. She is truly the best fitness motivator. She makes it seem so fun that I just wanna walk every day just so that I can be as happy as she is.

    I cant believe i cried during the walk. When she started talking about stress and problems, i teared up cause tomorrow i have an important presentation and its my last semester. I'm trying to be graduated from a tough university. So i will have that stress for three months. She said that nothing is more important than our health, and i knew it too.     I agree that Leslie DESERVES a Noble Prize. I and my family have been walking with her for many years with GREAT results!! I learn a lot about health from her. By her i feel Very Confident about taking good care of my health. She teaches with Love and heartfelt Conviction concern about everyone. I Trust her. I will Never workout with anyone else. I started with her at 31 and now i am 61 years of age. I Just Love her. She is my Trainer for life. I recommend her to other's. You get Results!

    Leslie- thank u for encouraging us moms & relating to our struggles, "no life is perfect"..... just thank you. I am a cancer patient who used to be more active 8 mos ago when I was diagnosed. I've endured rough chemo, a lumpectomy, radiation & still doing lighter chemo till Feb. 2022. Your workout has helped me get back into some activity to combat the joint pain and stiffness from chemo. It has put me in a better mood the last 3 weeks of working out with you. Keep encouraging us- we are listening! I am 47 and determined to live longer for my husband and 5 kids. Love from Guam 🌺🇬🇺

    @@ruzgarcivan7755 Sadece diyetisyenimin verdiği diyeti uyguladım. 87.6 kilodan 76.1'e düştüm. 3 aylık süreçte tabi. Ancak nisan ortasından itibaren kilo vermem yavaşlayınca diyetimi değiştirdi. Daha sıkı bir diyet uyguluyoruz şuan. Haziran ortasına kadar 66 gibi olmayı planlıyoruz. Olayın anahtarı hergün en az yarım saat yürüyüş, sağlıklı bir diyet ve günde en az 2,5-3 litre su. Şuan 74.1. Leslie'ye başladığımdan beri 2 kilo verdim. Devam ediyorum.

    I've been working out with Leslie for 42 days now 4 and 5 days a week . Before I found her videos, I just couldn't get motivated to exercise. She's fantastic and I'm so glad I found her. Half of my closet is very loose on me now. And I feel terrific!

    I'm so glad this is available to us on KZread. It's been one of the very few workouts I'm able to do with my injuries and advanced age. While for years I was working out and not losing weight, sometimes gaining, I'm now losing and it's in a healthy way. It's so nice to fit into my clothes again and feel good.     Leslie, let me tell you, I had an ACL reconstruction last year and my physiotherapist didn’t succeed in making me feel confident in moving around. I’ve been doing your exercises and fired my physiotherapist. Today the only exercise I do is yours, all of them. Thank you very very much!! God bless you!!! Oh, by the way... I am a 68 woman..

    I am so happy I have found these vids I started the power walking last week and HIIT every other day lost 6 lbs, I’m starting this for Lent 40 days no red meat, no sweets and walking 3 miles a day. It begins!!!!

    I am a 70 yr old woman and have been exercising since I was 26. I was doing aerobics 5 x week in the 70s, 80s and 90s. Then went to the treadmill in the 2000s and working out with you using weights 3 mile workout for the last 8 years or so 4 to 5 times a week. I have been so blessed to only have to stop once when I broke my knee a couple of years ago but then did chair aerobics for 8 weeks also one time I stopped for a week due to covid. I believe I have stayed this healthy because of my dedication to my workouts. It has also kept me at my same weight since I was 26. 5ft 3 at 126 pounds. Thank you Leslie for making these videos it has been a life saver.

    I have been doing her exercises for many years, but for some reason I have stopped, well I had to babysit and I had arthritis, but having arthritis and not moving just makes it worse, I like doing the arm with weights, after I stopped, I couldn’t move my arms above my head, but I pushed through the pain and now it better

    Last doctors visit I was 362 and he was not happy. After one month I have lost 13 lbs. I go back in another month and I intend to be another 13 lbs...Thanks Leslie ..I also use my fitness pal to monitor my daily calories.

    @Myecia Cannon Hello, yes it has been slow because I have hypothyroid syndrome but I have lost 75 pounds since walking with Leslie. My blood pressure meds have been drastically reduced. Are you walking with Leslie?

At first I just cut out sodas and that helped then slowly I transitioned to a vegetarian diet. I am now doing intermediate fasting for at least 12 hours a day. Are you walking with Leslie?

    Thought this might motivate some of you. I started with 20 mins of walking with Leslie Sansone and then stick to this routine of 40+ mins after 1 week. I lost 8.5kg in a month with 1 meal a day and this workout. I supplemented with simple 7-minute youtube arm workouts after walking with leslie. For everyone that's trying to lose weight with low impact, you can do it too ❤

    I 'm doing it now again for 3 weeks together with IT 16:8...It's such a good workout.I do it everyday sometimes 4miles ,sometimes 3miles.Sometimes weights .The results I start to see.Lost 8pounds in 3weeks and feel fitter then ever thanks to this walking program . I'll keep going.

    I lost 30 pounds in about 3 months doing the 3mile/5k walk strong with weights. be advised that you MUST watch your carbs , caloris and proteins when doing these workouts 6 days a week as I did. The burn is there but you MUST FUEL YOUR BODY. But I am winning this battle becuase she doesn't have me running or jumping becuase I cant due to a knee and a back injury. Going strong thanks to leslie!!!!!

    I walk with Leslie most days or power walk in our beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I have lost seven stone eleven pounds and I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis five replacement surgeries done and now awaiting surgery again.     Leslie, I enjoyed this 3 mile sooooo much. I was in a low mood & couldn't even bear the thought of exercising, but I kept looking at you and you kept me focused & I actually started to sweat! I never sweat! The weights did it. It was like my body wanted to be pushed to the limit. Thank you Leslie for always being there for us!

    Just completed this as my morning workout. I used my 5lb weights throughout the entire workout. Here are my stats: 530 calories burned 5,921 steps Hope this helps!

    @@lydia_makeup_creations I use a Fitbit hr but keep in in my pocket as I find on my wrist it records arm movement and no actual steps. So it still more accurate. Probably the same with any wrist worn device.

At first seeing that it was 48min long almost made me push that back button and switch to one of her shorter workouts bcz I thought I wont be able to make it. BUT I DID!!!     if you squeeze your abs and tuck in your belly as she says while doing the whole workout, it works like magic on belly. Mine got more and more flat. Also squeeze your butt muscles while doing kicks and knee lifts.

    hi Leslie, I am a woman in my late 70's and used to do your three mile walk many times a week. However I stopped about 5 months ago. Kind of gave up because being restricted to my apt. depressed me. Not gonna be like that anymore. You are saving me with these exercises and I am very grateful that I can follow you.     Having mastered the 5 Mile Walks I was looking for a new challenge and boy, did I find it ... Using 1 pound weights I was sweating heavily soon into the 1st mile - but I loved it!     Oh all my life and I'm in my 40s, this is tge most effective, low impact, easy to do exercise...started 18 days ago and I've lost 2 inches all round...I'm toned and I look forward to working out. I do 45 mins and 30mins depending on how I feel. I'm set for live with this exercise regime. I don't know how it can be so effective.

    I think I need to get back into doing these workouts on a daily basis. I don't know why I ever stopped. Life got a little too hectic, I guess because we recently moved. Now that I am working from home 3 out of 5 days, I don't move as much as I used to (although I still do 30-45 minutes of yoga most days) and I have started to gain weight again despite eating healthy. I need to get more movement back in my life and boost my energy. These videos helped me do that in the past. I should never have stopped walking!

    At 58 and with an underactive thyroid I struggle with weight loss. I've been doing this for three weeks now (and cut down on my calories) and not lost an ounce. What I have lost though is the depression that comes with my condition and I have firmed up.     +Ouma Hexi it surely helps in reducing weight as well, but it needs time and food habit changes as well. Exercise helps me with my depression too. i forget all my worries for some minutes and feel lighter. all the best

    Ouma thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am currently 28 years old and was diagnosed with a slightly underactive thyroid a few months ago. I am taking a low dose of thyroid medication to help supplement it. I don't know you, but I am proud of your progress and your comment has inspired me to get back on the walking bandwagon (I did these workouts for a while, but stopped).

    I’m 24 years old and I did 2 miles today because I’m fasting right now. Oh my! Leslie, you’re so wonderful! I wish i could come across your vids years earlier 🥺

    Just completed the entire workout and I'm feeling tired but amazing. I also used my 5lb weights as well! Currently 5'3 165 trying to get to 150 by doing this workout along with intermittent fasting.

    Dear Leslie, I feel so lucky to know you and to feel healthy by following the very nice fitness program that you teach me. I forget the everyday problems since my daughter belongs to the light spectrum of autism (I thank God with all the strength of my soul).     I remember this being my first video of my weight loss journey from 78 kgs to 50 kgs within 2 years with a few good eating habits too. I've gained so I'm back here after years. This works wonders. Simple and effective.

    @@iqrqasif6046 heyy!! Just walking is not working for me now.. :( Only fasting is helping me. I used to eat cucumber all day so I'm doing that along with very simple thigh and arms exercises and I'velost 5 kgs in 2 weeks.. And I dance for fun too. Walking is the last thing I'm doing. Even if you're considering walking. You gotta walk atleast for 40 minutes .

    I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Leslie and crew for creating these videos. I walk outside when possible, teach mat Pilates, and jump on a rebounder, BUT I thoroughly enjoy your WALK workouts!! Blessings!

    I did this 3 miles with weights, and my Huawei fitness tracker showed I burned 402 calories. Love all your videos Leslie. Love you 😘😘😘

    CW: 70kg on Aug 8th GW: 60kg by Dec 8th I'll be doing this workout daily and add 5k twist every other day. I am eating healthy, just need to portion my meals correctly at the right time of the day. And trying to get adequate sleep, i won't give up so i'll take it easy at the start. I am wishing for everyone here to get healthy and at their ideal weight, so excited! 😚💕
