When I trained with weights, the role that squats played in strengthening the legs was undisputed, but no one ever warned you that your knees were going to crumble. Thank you very much for sharing such useful knowledge. The best band channel out there by far!

Yes! Ha! The banded version is often called a Spanish Squat!
Don't some of the "experts" say to stay away from the leg extension machine because it's bad for the joints/tendons/ligaments?
