This video is going to focus on resistance band bicep curl variations! You may just throw a few bicep curl band exercises together in your training and call it good. The reality is, in order to build strong, well-rounded biceps, you need to train all the components of the bicep. This video is going to show you 7 different resistance band bicep curl exercises that should all be incorporated into your training!
We will show you how to set up each resistance band curl exercise and demonstrate proper technique of each band curl, so that you can create your own band bicep workout! Resistance band bicep curls can be just as effective at building strength and muscle mass as free weights. You just have to be willing to put in the work!

Just binged like 10 of these RB tutorials. So helpful and informative. RDL with small bands and handles was genius. Love the usage of a bar/rod. Even a standard bicep curl with the bar is phenomenal. A strong plumbing pipe can be used too. 🙏🏻
