If you’re looking for a new Leg Workout to fire up your routine…this is for you!
This leg workout will effectively train your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves with 8 exercises.
As you go through this strength building workout, the goal with each exercise is to maintain quality, controlled reps. There’s even a couple of exercises where we want you to really focus on a slow tempo through the eccentric portion of the repetition.
Here’s how it goes:
Exercise 1: Leg Extensions: 3 Sets [10-12 reps] + Rest/Pause set
Exercise 2: Band Hack Squats: 3 Sets [8-10 reps] + 1 Set [20 reps]
Exercise 3: Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 Sets [12 reps per leg]
Superset with
Exercise 4: Banded Sissy Squats: 3 Sets [reps to failure]
Exercise 5: Lying Leg Curls: 3 Sets [12 reps with 4-5 second negative]
Exercise 6: Single Leg Standing Curls: 2 Sets [10 reps per leg with 2-3 second negative]
Exercise 7: Sumo Deadlifts: 3 Sets [8-10 reps]
Exercise 8: Donkey Calf Raises: 3 Sets [15 reps]
This workout was designed to be used on its own or as part of a Push, Pull, Legs, workout split! If you’re looking for a weekly workout routine that is quick and effective, then this split is perfect for you.
The Push, Pull, Legs split includes three different strength focused workouts that will hit all of your major muscle groups. The Push workout will train your chest, shoulders and triceps. The Pull workout will train your back and biceps. The Leg workout will train your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.

Brother i have a set of red purple and black resistance band is it enough if i just buy an extra red one four double band exercises the red one can go from 15 to 35 pound. And i am an absolute beginner at 15 years of age

Yes I think those bands will be enough to help you get started! You can always double up multiple bands during exercises if you need more resistance!

@@ClenchFitness bro I meant to say that to do exercises which require 2 bands like rear delt crossovers and chest flys is it enough if I just get a red one? Please answer.
Have you considered a squat belt (at an affordable price) that could be used with the bands when doing squats?

Yes we've tested a couple of prototypes similar to the split squat belts that our competitors are releasing, but our opinion is that they really don't improve the ability to squat or the ability to load oneself into a squat without compromising form or greatly limiting the working load. We'll come up with a better and more effective solution in due time!

Anything that will roll or slide up/down the wall will work! You could try a towel, rolling pin...get creative!

Calves like heavy resistance? That's where you're wrong, they didn't like it at all. But they're not the boss of me. I had to yell at them like CT Fletcher, but I made it through.
