Dude, the way you guys are able to do this is insane... I love watching these builds. Wish I had the money and space to employ you to build a train world!

I'm so glad you're enjoying these! Lots more to come, especially as I build out the town. Just spent yesterday building more new structures.

Another amazing video! And I have a layout update (sort of) I got some Peco track and put down the track where I wanted it. I got a nice desk right next to my layout so I can build kits and not carry them all the way through my house. What you have made is truly incredible. Keep up the outstanding work!

The mesa looks so nice, and it's hard to really even get a feel for its scale on video! Having natural elements tower above the trains on the layout really helps the whole thing feel massive and realistic.

Wow! That looks so good! The church on the layout looks similar to something I want to build for my future Chili Verde town. Great video!

The church (in its unmodified state) was a long out of production craftsman kit based on a prototype in New Mexico. I found some reference of a similar church in Sonora and modified it to more closely fit what you'd find in the region I model. What layout are you planning? I want to hear more.

Initially I will be building Woodland Scenics’ Grand Valley Layout but expanded to 4’6”X12’. It’s a freelance layout in the south west where the ATSF, UP and the KCS cross. The era will be mid to late 50’s. There is a Desilu filming studio for westerns and that’s the industry in the town. There will be an outer loop to the layout for through trains mostly passengers. Most of the layout material has been purchased, but I’m still clearing the space in my garage for the layout benchwork which I am using Woodland Scenics’ modular benchwork.
