Building an Off Grid Log Cabin | MY SUMMER IN THE MAINE WOODS (Full Movie)
Ойын-сауық
This is how I spent the summer of 2021, working on restoring this old log cabin at historic 9 Mile Bridge on the St. John River in the North Maine Woods.
This cabin is an official North Maine Woods campsite and is open to the public on a first come first served basis.#logcabin #themainewoods #cabinlife

What are 10 cutting tools?aThe author does like to kzread.infoUgkxkNYRBJuiJ6EwD-tQSAlxg0eFKsnR2cgz from scratch, shaping and trimming wood from large blocks into fine finished products. As another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us don’t have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we won’t be able to practice the full stack project, is still great.
Thanking God for His generosity! Imagine that...Nice man!
Wow, this was the best video I've seen for a while. Nothing on tv any more worth watching. In my younger days this is exactly how I would be living. But time moves on. I use to love being out in the woods with my children, fishing, camping, cooking. I love the place where the cabin is. Nothing like a tin roof when raining and a good dog to keep you company. Your cooking looked pretty good poor Gracie mouth was watering lol mine to. And I seen you read your bible, good for you. Most young people dont. Thrills my heart to know you believe in God Almighty ♥ Thank you again for the video, i dont know how long really that took you but you looked like you matured as God would say. There is something about alone time with God and wholesome work. You mature and grow in God. I dont know what happened to the man who lived there maybe he passed. It is so good redoing his home. He would be proud.

Enjoyed the natural beauty there in Maine, your guitar playing, and your dog with his bone and his toy. Regarding the verse at the end makes me think of the words in Matthew 7:24, Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock.

Nine Mile Bridge. The place and the book. I have a copy of that book that my father gave me. Along with John Gould, and Edmund Ware Smith, at the top of my Maine book pile. Vermont (where I live), is good, but it's not Maine, fresh water or salt. Glad to see you were carrying a Snow & Nealley I miss Maine every day, and yearn for those woods.

Hey Cory, just wanted to commend your work and style making this movie. My wife and I enjoyed watching the individual videos of the Nine Mile Cabin restoration. To watch the seamless movie was quite entertaining and relaxing. We watch everything you produce as far as I know, including the shorts. We’re anticipating a good season of you and Gracie antler shed hunting, and camping/fishing, and hopefully a cabin build for 2023. Hang in there, the subscribers will start gaining, stay true to your vision. God bless you and Gracie.

Excellent work. My father liked living in the country and he left me that taste for the country. I live in the city but I have a project to restore his country house now that he is no longer here.
Love the Dog .
Thoroughly enjoyed your video. I'm impressed with your skills. I may be making assumptions but Ranger t-shirt, fatigues, survival techniques and I'm seeing military. If so, TY so much. Très agréable à regarder. Encore merci.

Hello Cory. My name is Gordon and I am currently watching the cabin reconstruction video (full Movie) I am very impressed with how you have taken on this project, by your self w/o anyone helping you just the company of your dog. I certainly understand your frustration with wanting to see progress for your hard work. I am the same way. I am glad you have the heart and determination to have seen this project through. I have a real soft spot for Black Labs. My first Black lab was the most loyal dog i ever had in my life. Everywhere I was she was never too far away. My current lab is 4 years old and she is the sweetest, tender hearted & loving creature god has blessed me with. I will always have a lab in my life. Great work and enjoy the cabin for many years to come.
dude..... yes...... just fricken awesome, its just amazing
I absolutely love the way you take such good care of Gracie…it shows your compassion and love for an animal…a best friend. Also shows what a great human you are…and for the live you have for the cabin. May you and Gracie have the best of luck and are safe and healthy in all you do. Be proud of yourself….I think Gracie loves you just as much!❤

I enjoyed your video of building the log cabin in the main woods. But what I enjoyed more was you and your black lab. I have a lab just like yours but older. The funny part was when you lab appeared carrying along the stuffed bear. My lab does the same thing with a stuffed toy like yours. Then when your lab barked that got my labs attention and she barked back looking out the window but there were no other dogs around. Thanks for the great video Dave Fissell

I really enjoyed watching your video….no matter how long it was…..I think it gives folks a chance to sit back and just relax….enjoy doing something with your hands…you’re outdoors….and the scenery is gorgeous. I believe when you’re finished with your cabin you will definitely have a home…actually it is now. Looks like you really enjoy what you’re doing and the cabin shows the love and work you’ve put into it. I think watching something like this is a big help to someone who may be having some issues with depression or other things…kinda takes you away and you can ask yourself “if I was doing this how would I do it”? It’s very peaceful and you can learn how to do things that maybe you thought you couldn’t before. My best favorite part is the love you and Gracie have for each other. When a person treats a dog or an animal like they are their very best friends it shows they are a good person. You take very good care of her and makes sure she is comfortable and has what she needs…you can tell the way she looks at you is she would try her best to protect you and she will be by your side….best buddies. Thank you for making this video and excited to see more. Much good luck to you and Gracie…have wonderful safe adventures and a peaceful life together.

Shalom young sir. It's a beautiful thing what you accomplished restoring that wonderful cabin. Even though many parts were extremely boring to my modern mind accustomed to all the distractions, I couldn't help but watch the peaceful tranquility of this legacy that you added onto. You could have torn down and rebuilt but you did not. Instead you added blood-sweat-and-tears to the blood sweat and tears of the previous generations. I'm proud of you young man😊. Also even though I am not a Christian I was struck by your admiration of your deity. You weren't flashy or boastful or even prideful. You communicated your beliefs without harassing anyone.😊 In my estimation, you're one of the real ones based on that observation. Is boring as I first thought your video was, sitting through it I actually realized what I thought was boredom was actually something more profound. It was the experiencing of the moment and the beautiful spectacle that is all around me. All that nature. It makes me wonder how Adam and Eve they lived before and after the fall. Thank you for your patience and diligence in filming this for us😊
