Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Technically you can ferment lactose. It just takes a few extra steps that aren't involved with beer making. Also the problems that people with lactose intolerance have are due to lactose being converted(fermented) into a none soluble sugar alcohol.

Putting this one on the "To-Brew" list! If you like Pineapple, Lead Dog makes a great Milkshake IPA - they've got NorCal distribution but don't see anything for down South. It's worth seeking out.

Looking forward to the brew and review on this one. If it turns out ok, I'll give it a go 😉 As an aside, have a look at David Heath Brewing on YT, his voice is dull, but if you can get over that, he's a mine of information on brewing, equipment, recipes, brew software etc. I'd say the most informative YT brewer.
