Thanks!
This week we made a seatpan for the Yamaha XV 750 caferacer. Again I'm really happy with the result!

The use of a fender as starting point for the rear hump was very efficient. Great call on that one.

Great stuff again, in the UK you need a light to illuminate the number plate for it to pass MOT., not sure if you do too.

Great video, You are right, we are doing the same thing! Thanx for the sub :) I've been thinking about having a 'Build Off' with someone one day so we can let our subscribers vote. Just a little fun but we would need the same motorcycle to build.

Thank you for the exceptional videos ... and especially for the well-placed tips always. Would you mind indicating the link where you bought the "saddle connection" from what appears in that video, the one you used to attach the seat panel to the frame?

hope yu dont mind my input, but you could have just pool welded a piece to the inside of the hump instead of cutting out circles! this would hve strengthened it too!

you did ''sheet metal work, hammer to shape, torch cut, weld. could have ''pounded metal around a form , for ''pan back.

One Question: Is necessary a BIG rear light..??? The rear part of your project is very original with a part of mudguard, and I think that this is the real beauty of this part, a BIG rear light just hides this piece of art. Are you in keep the yamaha letters that cut in this video..???' Regards From Copiapó, Chile.

PipoZaro No the blinkers will be the rear light! They have three functions. 1) turn signal 2) break light 3) rear light! :) I think I mention and show them in the second video. Yes, unfortunately the Yamaha letters will go...

Denis Hi Denis. I guess you're new here. Welcome! This is Ab Rezelman. He's the owner of the metal workshop. I do everything myself accept the metal working. I do operate some of his machines, sometimes we work together. But, he's the specialist, does this over 40 years now. So... Some things you have to leave to the specialist. Everything is my own design and my ideas. You can see my video of the Photoshop where I visualise my idea. Everything else I do in my garage myself. Also see my Q&A for more info.

Ok, thanks, seems like I am in the similar situation. I am building a street tracker project from XS650 with modern parts, and I have two friends who are fabricators help me with machining and welding, and another friend who owns a bike repair shop with technical details. I do my own blasting and powder coating and try to do as much myself as I can. Your channel is very cool and helpful. I did also enjoy your Photoshop skills!
