Johnni - you like preacher curls. Fact. Right? I noticed you did not have them in this video. I am 44yrs old, and personally have three friends/family that have popped their bicep into Popeye over the past 2 years. They were all just doing normal everyday stuff when it happen. I am scared it will happen to me as well! I have seen videos of guys popping their bicep doing preacher curl type exercises on the podium. I am scared of it so I only do incline dumbbell or standing barbell or cable. I feel like the larger degree of freedom of movement on the curl does not force my joint and muscle into so a rigid motion that puts a higher percentage of stress on that tendon that pops. Am I being over cautious or to dramatic with this fear regarding the preacher curl exercise? I am having good results without it I feel like - but it is always on my mind every time I do any bicep work.

Bro if you involve your triceps 10kg you are making the biceps have to move an extra 10kg, its the same to flex both than not flex the triceps and move heavier weights
