Brotherhood Mechanist Lair build.
Brotherhood Mechanist Lair settlement build using the mod sim settlements and an assortment of vanilla assets and mods that need sim settlements.
Giving a tour and some build limitation this site contained.
The build is two times the base build limit and houses nine.

Thanks that is an old build I am rather happy with how it came out.
When you are in search of inspiration for BoS settlements (but I only build vanilla), that tour is a has-to-be-seen one. Thank you for that, sir !

Still very proud of this build. I think this is 100% what the BOS would use it for.
One thing I wish the settlement included was the mechanists quarters where the bed are and the built in robot building machine, too bad tho

you can stil get to that area but it is a shame that area back there is not part of the build box.
