Great work, I love to see mechanist builds being done. The decals on the first floor do indeed make it lived in, especially since it’s a mainly a workshop type vibe

This is my first playthrough. I just built what I thought would fit. It's not a settler friendly location due to food and water issues. This is just a vanity build, a sort of digital doll's house. I have a secure base for stuff at Boston Airport, and a luxury vault build at Greygarden. I'm trying to approach my new build with a theme in mind. Still have plenty of settlements to unlock, and builds I have done at other settlements that I want to redo now I'm better at building. The good builds I have done are on this channel.

Nicely done. Don't see many builds at the Mechanist's lair. Placing items by hand is a real hassle but it really makes a big difference. Cool build. Thanks for sharing. 👍🖖

Thanks. It's a shame all the items bork the framerate on my ps4 so much. Hoping to one day get a ps5 so I can get more creative.

Love it, thanks for sharing. I am trying to figure out what, if anything, I want to do with the Lair. I particularly liked the lounge area :)

I started the build at the freight elevator side of the room and built out from that. Yes, it was very tight, but much patience and trial and error got the job done.

a question. vault 88 and the mecanist of lair can work like player homes where i can decorate without fear that items will fall from shelves and tables for load cells because they are interior settlements and no outdors settlements?

Things can be knocked over and off shelves anywhere. I now use a mod called QwaPA to fix my decor in place.

And how did you fix the part about food in that settlement? or supply lines can help wiith that ?

I didn't. It only has 2 settlers. I put food and water into the workshop occasionally.

@@Therake2602 You cannot achieve 100% happiness with robots as settlers, even just 1 robot.
