    That’s actually the dead skin of a beetle that has molted! I used to have them in my old place and would find those fuckers everywhere. They love paper and cloth.

    Here is a couple more suggestions for the yellowing of the cables: 1. Baking soda. 2. Bleach. 3. Cream peroxide, set it out in the sun for 3-4 hours. Great video.

    I love this channel because it's one of the only "restoration" channels that's actually real. Some other videos like this are just people covering consoles in dirt and putting them near trash-filled areas, and claiming they found the console like that.

    they were made for the wii, oddly enough. Sakurai wanted people used to playing Smash on gamecube controller to be able to transfer their muscle memory over from melee. they figured it'd be a good idea to sell a wii brawl bundle with new GCCs in case people's old controllers were showing signs of wear, though it was only made available in japan. releasing new controllers is a tradition that's continued for every smash title since, though the JP whites have long been considered the highest quality stock GCCs money can buy, at least for smash.

    Hey odd, I found an indigo Nintendo GameCube controller at a local collectible store, got it with broken sticks. They included replacement sticks for free, so I opened it up (I already had tri-wing drivers) and replaced the sticks. There was bad dirt build up, but I repaired the entire controller, and it looks and works like new, your videos inspire me to do similar things, and I really enjoy it. Also the isopropyl alcohol worked like magic :)

    Another solid repair video, OT! ^^ I think have a handful of GameCube controllers that aren't working properly, and that's mainly the Control Sticks that always seem to move things on their own, so maybe someday in the future I'll be able to fix them! :) Your videos, and even repair channels in general, have definitely inspired me to try, and fix some of my older stuff!
