    can i ask when you put the ps3 in a plastic box with aluminium around it are you using isopropyl alcohol or just destilled water? btw why the aluminium if i get a reply ty man

    It's actually neither! He uses hydrogen peroxide (12%) ^^ and the reason for the foil is because it reflects the light which you need to remove yellowing. He has a video about the process on his channel, you should watch it if you plan on doing something similar :)

    This was superb work. I liked that you put the redundant parts inside for future museum curators to find. And busting out the plastic tub to nickel plate it - I never realised that was something that someone could just *do*.

    sad I never got to experience a Gameboy when I was younger 😩 the closest thing I got to it, was my Nintendo Ds Lite which was able to have Gameboy games in it

    I am 66 yrs old and remember repairing many hundreds of these video games in their heyday. The NES bumped out the Atari because the Atari would actually burn a faint image in the CRT screen (phosphor burn") if left on a long time. With modern LCD screens that wouldn't be a problem I suppose.
